Old Naples Waterfront Condo close to restaurants, galleries, shops & the beach
Newly renovated warm, spacious and tastefully decorated Old Naples duplex with Harbor view. This 3 bedrooms / 2 baths duplex condo sleeps 4-6 people comfortably.
This elevator building is located on Naples Island, where the Gordon River meets Naples Bay. This relaxing and convenient waterfront oasis is an easy walk to trendy restaurants and shopping at Bayfront, 5th Avenue and Tin City. The gorgeous beaches of Naples are just 1 mile away. This non-smoking duplex offers all the amenities that you'll need for a perfect vacation. The complex has a swimming pool, hot tub and a shaded area with tables and a BBQ grill.
This newly renovated unit includes two floors of living space with views of the water. The top floor includes granite top, fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances; living room; dining room; master bedroom (queen size bed); 2nd bedroom (two twin size beds) and granite top bathroom with tub/shower.
The lower level includes a great room (3rd Bedroom) with two twin size beds, granite top bathroom with a shower and direct access to the grassy building exterior and marina.

Great apartment in Old Naples
Well equiped, clean apartment within walking distance of all shops and resturants.
Good heated pool area a real bonus.
Only little issue was some occasional noise from pipe work in other apartments.
Poor management of this property
Spent 10 mins trying to unlock the key safe to find that to access downstairs bedroom we needed to descend a narrow, steep metal, spiral staircase from the lanai, impossible with large suitcases. However there is access to this room from garage area on the ground floor so we lugged four suitcase back downstairs! This information is useful for travellers to know in advance. There is NO information pack inside the property to provide instruction regarding how anything works, having used many rental properties, this is the first time I have experienced this. We had to figure out how to work AC, appliances, where everything was kept, where garbage disposal was etc. I phoned Amanda the evening we arrived, no answer. Day 2 I reported by email that slats in blinds falling off and no hot water in the downstairs bedroom, her initial response was that the previous occupants didn't have a problem and the boiler was new, she would ask her cleaner to fix blinds and check the water (a plumber would have been more appropriate). I waited in next day 6.30pm. The cleaner confirmed no hot water (why would I make this up?)she replaced missing slats in blinds, the mechanism was broken and we could not open/close blinds, she would tell Manager. Next day Amanda said she would arrange a plumber and said that the blinds were fixed, I said the blinds are NOT fixed, because we cannot open or close. Advised a plumber would come and asked me to wait in, I said no, access organised the plumber confirmed that needed new boiler (Amanda told me the boiler was new !?) Waited in day 3 for plumber, he didn't show. Amanda didn't even know this until I told her. Day 5 plumber arrived and replaced the wrong part. Amanda only knew when I reported it in evening, day 7 another plumber arrived and replaced boiler. We were 7 days with no hot water. Amanda offered 10% compensation. This is not adequate for lack of facilities paid for, bedroom with no natural light/view for 2 weeks and no bathroom for 1 week plus inconvenience, and impairment to the enjoyment of our holiday. Amanda compared cost of other condos which were incorrect and irrelevant, they were luxury condos way above the quality. I'm back in UK, Amanda now not responding to any of my emails, I have reported to HomeAway and will be reported to BBB and Florida Consumer Services.
Also anyone who needs quiet and darkness at night, this condo has inadequate blinds, a noise during the night we suspected boiler? and aircraft/road
Location great and Condo comfortable
Condo is clean and comfortable. There are a few things that need attention such as the door key being quite difficult to use, the water filter on the fridge needing to be replaced, no dish towels, drain in upstairs bath not draining well and most of all Hot Water not available after one person takes a shower and maybe doing some dishes. We have notified the Manager of these items. BUT our time there was enjoyable and if these few things are corrected it is a great place to call your home while vacationing in Naples.
Great location. Wonderful amenities
Great location with good atmosphere. Had an issue with the blinds staying up and difficulty getting the patio door to the outside to lock. I am guessing this is why it was not locked when we arrived. The tv took a couple hours to get reset and updated to allow channels to appear on both tv sets. After getting these things adjusted on day 1 the rest of the stay went very well. We would happily stay again.
Great Unit Great location
Nicely decorated unit in a great location, easy walk to 5th Ave (downtown Old Naples), and Tin City.
The unit is nicely equipped with everything you need if you want to cook in,
The community is very friendly even invited us to the nightly cocktail party at the pool.
The only negative is that you're in the flight path to the Naples airport (can't hear them inside the unit but definitely when you're at the pool)
The owner was very attentive when we had issues with the A/C having service people on site first thing the next day. I would definitely stay here again
Nice an clean great location
This is a really nice apartment. Well equiped with what you need. We really enjoyed our stay here.
