About Beverlee & Dean Cobbs

I first came to Estes when working for YMCA of the Rockies in 1976 and fell in love with the area. We have been coming back ever since and finally decided to take the plunge and buy the home of our dreams.

Beverlee & Dean Cobbs purchased this house in 2013

Why Beverlee & Dean Cobbs chose Front Range

We spent two years looking for just the right property in Estes Park. This house is very close to both RMNP and town but also gives you a feeling of being away from all the tourism. Luxurious master bedroom, gorgeous views from the greatroom and a separate game room with plenty of room for a tournament size pool table, dart board, gas fireplace and seating area to relax.

What makes this house unique

This property is one of the few properties in Estes Park that is very close to town, RMNP, and all other services but also very private.

What a perfect home for our getaway!

  • 5 of 5

The second we pulled up the driveway, we knew this house was going to be perfect! Plenty of space for the 7 of us to either congregate, or have privacy.

The view are spectacular! There's many windows in the house for viewing, or the wrap around deck gives you the most beautiful view of Rocky Mountain National Park.

The hot tub was great for after long days walking around town, or hiking. There's plenty of seating on the porch where the hot tub is located, so while some were in the hot tub, the others were relaxing on the patio.

The kitchen has everything you need. Pots, pans, plates, utensils, regular coffee maker, a Kuerig, etc. This house had it all and so much more!

Thank you Mr. and Mrs. Cobbs for opening your beautiful home for others to enjoy! We had the best family trip to date!

This was our fourth trip to this beautiful, perfect home in Estes Park. The views of RMNP, the private but central location, the home's amenities, the caring and responsive homeowners - we love this home and Estes Park!

Excellent location and great views in this well appointed home

  • 4 of 5

We just returned from a week in beautiful Colorado. We enjoyed our stay in this home. The views were amazing from the living room and deck. We enjoyed Hummingbirds and other birds and finally on our last evening there saw some deer in the yard. The home was very well appointed with everything we needed for a nice stay. It was quite warm while we were there and a few more ceiling fans would have been ideal, but we made very good use of the other small fans available in the home. We learned very quickly to shut all the blinds and the windows during the hot hours of the afternoon and not open things back up until later in the evening. The nights cooled down and were amazing. If you like a firm mattress this home is for you!! The only other thing we would have liked was a TV in the family room which was much cooler so we could watch movies together in the evening. We also played a lot of pool so having the pool table was ideal as well. We definitely enjoyed our stay here and would recommend this home to other visitors.

Perfect Vacation, Perfect Home

  • 5 of 5

My husband, a few friends, and I rented this beautiful home for a week. RMNP is a great vacation spot and place to recharge your batteries in the great outdoors. The home itself was absolutely perfect. It has all the amenities you could possibly need. It also has a lot of entertainment options if you have to spend a rainy day indoors. The view of the mountains from the wrap around deck is absolutely gorgeous to watch the sunset. Lastly, the owners are incredibly responsive if you have any questions while out there! Overall - 5 out of 5! Looking forward to booking again!
