Wonderful garden with lawn, patio, barbecue and large swimming pool 14 people

Located in an idyllic, absolutely tranquil spot about 3 km outside Felanitx, this historic residence is an ideal vacation destination for both adults and children. The adults will appreciate the silent natural setting as they sunbathe by the pool (5 × 10m) or wind down from every day stress in the superbly landscaped garden with its terraced expanses. The children will be able to explore the large 50000 m² estate with its adventure playgrounds, climbing frames and small wood. The romantic atmosphere will soon put the guests at their ease. The building was constructed in a typical Majorcan style and is very well kept. It has 6 double bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, various common living areas, dining rooms, living halls and a large kitchen. The bedrooms, living rooms and dining rooms are air conditioned. These rooms can also be heated if required. A fireplace will make you feel even more at home in the cooler months of the year.

The upper level living area has more common areas where beds can be placed. These common living areas cannot however be isolated from the corridor. The whole building and the ancillary buildings have furnishings typical of the region combined at occasions with an antique style. The owner has several furniture stores. The décor is consequently always up to date and there are more than enough deckchairs, sun loungers and sunshades. Special requests will be promptly fulfilled. The finca also has its own private vegetable and fruit garden where the guests can help themselves… freshly picked mature tomatoes…”hmmm”

A perfect, "get away from it all" holiday rental

This house met the needs of our large multi generational group perfectly. The owner was friendly, easily contactable and quick to rectify any small issues. The house was full of character and fantastically rural whilst being within easy reach of Felanitx the nearby town. Felanitx itself is well worth the half hour walk as there are some lovely bars in the side streets that are far nicer than those in the square. The coast was only a short drive away if you felt the need for an injection of sea air but the outside space at the house gave many different options to relax and be at one with the surrounding countryside.

I would certainly recommend highly.

Tolle Finca

Wir waren zu acht Personen und haben eine super Zeit auf der Finca verbracht. Wohnhaus, Pool und Gartenanlage waren eine Augenweide, sehr gepflegt. Wir haben uns jederzeit gut aufgehoben gefühlt, Wellness für die Seele. Wir können dieses Feriendomicil mit gutem Gewissen empfehlen. Gertrud

Situated about 3 kilometers from Felanitx’s historic center this house offers its guests exceptional tranquility while still allowing them to do their daily shopping near by. The beach which lies 12 kilometers away is also close at hand. You will find restaurants to suit all tastes and budgets in Felanitx and in the surrounding villages and coastal locations. As elsewhere on Majorca here you will find many places worth visiting and a rich cultural heritage. From the estate you will have a view of large parts of the southeast of the island with its mountain ranges, fields and wide expanses.
