AGE REQUIREMENTS: Rentals of Regency 104 may only be made by a Guest Lessee that is at least 25 years of age and may at Lessor's discretion require additional background checks or conditions prior to property rental.

ALLOWED OCCUPANCY: Property Occupancy Limits are mandated by Fire Safety Codes and Property Owner directives. Regency 104 provides comfortable and ideal accommodations for up to 6 persons (this includes small children and infants). Permitted Property Occupancy Standards are extended to include all invitees of Guest Lessee. Regency 104 may not be reserved or used for gatherings of more than 6 persons.

ARRIVALS and DEPARTURES: Guest Arrival and Check-In times remains subject to change and reflects seasonal rental demands. During the dates of May 26 - August 31 Guest Check-In is generally permitted after 4PM Central Standard Time. During all other seasons Guest Check-In is generally permitted after 2PM Central Standard Time.

Guest arrival after Operational Business Hours must contact NVR prior to 5PM Central Standard Time on the date of arrival to arrange for delayed Check-In and to obtain property access codes.

Requests for early arrival or late departure remains subject to property availability and applicable fees.

CANCELLATION POLICY: NVR strongly encourages all Guests to select and purchase Travel Interruption Insurance Protection Coverage from a properly licensed independent third party provider. Guest Cancellations of an established Reservation remains responsible for the full faithful financial performance outlined in the Short Term Rental Lease Agreement. Excused Guest Cancellations are permitted exclusively in instances of:

* Mandatory Island Evacuation Orders by the Island Authority.

* Mandatory Property Evacuation Orders by any official with jurisdiction or authority to protect the safety and welfare of all persons and property.

* Any actions, or lack thereof, by the property Owner such that interferes or impedes with the legal and quiet enjoyment of use by Guest Lessee.

* Damage or destruction of the property or premises such that renders rental occupancy as being unsafe or hazardous.

Excused Guest Cancellations for reasons listed are exempt from further financial performance outlined in the Short Term Rental Lease Agreement and are eligible for a refund of paid Committal Deposits or a prorated refund of monies paid for unused portions of time for reserved rental use.

COMMITTAL DEPOSITS: Committal Deposits collected at the time of making a Reservation and are used to secure a Guest's reserved rental use of the property. Committal Deposit payments are applied towards the all inclusive total cost of a Guest's reserved rental visit. Committal Deposit payments are NOT refundable Security Damage Deposits. The Committal Deposit required to make a Reservation for this property is $350.00.

CREDIT CARDS: Use of an accepted Credit or Debit card for making payment of anything other than the Committal Deposit remains subject to additional fees associated with card processing. Committal Deposit payments must be made with an accepted Credit Card and are exempt from additional card processing fees. Payment of an Outstanding Reservation Balance made at the time of Check-In must be made using Certified Funds. Guests may avoid additional fees for Credit or Debit card use by making payment of the Outstanding Balance using either: Cashier's Check, Money Order or US Currency.

HOURS of OPERATION: NVR maintains Operational Business Hours based on seasonal rental demands. NVR does NOT maintain a 24 Hour Guest Check-In Facility. Guest arrivals occurring after published Operational Business Hours are required to contact NVR prior to the close of business on the scheduled date of Guest arrival to obtain property access codes. Guest failure to establish an after-hours arrival may result in Guest lockout. No pricing adjustments will be made.

After-hours Guest Arrivals are required to formally Register and Check-In at the Office of NVR prior to 11AM on the morning following arrival.

PAYMENT: Outstanding Reservation Balances are payable at the time of Guest Check-In and must be made using certified funds (Cashier's Check, Money Orders, Accepted Credit Cards or US Currency). Personal Checks cannot be accepted. Payment of all costs associated with Guest rental use of the property is required prior to Guest entry or taking possession of the property.

PETS: Pet animals are expressly NOT permitted. Any violation of this rental provision will result in the immediate termination of Lessee's rental and allowed occupancy of the property and Lessee's forfeiture of all monies paid. Evidence of the presence of a pet animal discovered at the time of post rental inspection of the property will have all incurred charges associated with pet remediation efforts, Fines or Fees levied by a Homeowner's Community, if any, and all costs incurred for property replacements applied and billed to Lessee's Credit Card presented at the time of Registration and Check-In.

PROPERTY SUBSTITUTIONS: It is the policy and practice of NVR to notify all Guests of the need to substitute comparable or superior accommodations if such need is known at least 24 hours prior to Guest arrival. NVR reserves the right to substitute comparable accommodations in instances of Force Majeure.

RENTAL RATES: Rates are subject to change until Confirmed by NVR. An Instant Rate Quote is available by "Clicking" the Instant Rate Quote Button located on the Right side of this listing.

SMOKING: Smoking is expressly NOT permitted within any interior portions of this property. Violation of this rental provision will result in the immediate termination of Lessee's rental and allowed occupancy of the property and Lessee's forfeiture of all monies paid. Evidence of smoking discovered during post rental inspection of the property will have all incurred expense for smoke remediation efforts or property replacements applied and billed to the Credit Card Lessee provides at the time of Registration and Check-In.

We just returned a few days ago from Navarre Beach and staying at the Regency. We have returned here for the past 5 years and 2 of them here, in #104. This condo is exceptional and Thane and company are wonderful to work with. You can't go wrong booking through them or staying at the Regency.

We loved this place and can't wait to return. This condo is beautiful and well equipped. The washer and dryer were great to have for beach towels and swim suits. We enjoyed the privacy, the beach, and the beautiful views. We will be back!!!

My husband and I vacationed for three months this year. We love the island life, white sandy beaches, seashelling and seasonal fishing from the pier. As amateur photographers, we chose this condo because it gave us a good view of sunrises, ocean, and bird life that live on the dunes. We enjoyed having a clean, freshly painted and decorated condo; high end appliances in the kitchen, Eygptian sheets in the bedrooms, comfortable living room and new, updated and all inclusive set of patio furniture out on the balcony. We have been spending the past ten years renting on Navarre Beach and this unit is our favorite thus far. Other than the living accomodations, we also enjoy the social activities; potlucks, exercise room, bible study, bridge and game nights, movie nights and Friday morning coffee. There are plenty of resturants off the island; Cactus Flower on 98 is our favorite. In Destin, the Ocean Club and in Pensacola, Dharma Blue and Global Grill. Other attractions we have enjoyed are the Navarre Zoo on 98 and the Saeanger Theater in Pensacola.

We would highly recommend this unit and this location to anyone who is visiting the PanHandle.

Maximum Occupancy of Regency 104 may never exceed 6 persons - this includes small children, infants and all Guest invitees of Lessee.

Guest Lessees must Officially Register & Check-In at the Offices of Navarre Vacation Rentals, LLC prior to taking rental possession of a property. At Check-In Lessee must present a legally issued photo ID and major Credit Card. Lessee assumes full responsibility for all members of Lessee's party or any invitee of Lessee occasioning the property and premises throughout the period of reserved rental use. Lessee's Credit Card information will act in lieu of a collected Damage Deposit and it is mutually understood and accepted that incurred charges for, but not exclusively limited to: property repairs, replacements, violations of terms of the Rental Lease Agreement or specially ordered services by Lessee will be applied and satisfied with the Credit Card furnished at the time of Check-In.

NVR encourages all Guests to secure Travel Interruption Insurance Coverage from a licensed third party insurance brokerage.

Guest Cancellations with at least 60 Days advanced notice prior to commencement of rental use remains eligible for a Full Refund. Guest Cancellations with at least 30 Days advanced notice prior to commencement of rental use is eligible for a 50% Refund.

Guest Cancellations with less than 30 Days advanced notice prior to the commencement date of reserved rental use remains responsible for the full faithful financial performance of the Rental Lease Agreement.
