Only a 15 minute drive to popular Folly Beach, Sullivan's Island and Isle of Palms.
The large living area is open through the kitchen and eating area. Bars on each end of the kitchen provide a great central area to hang out. There is a flat screen TV and multiple windows that provide great natural light.
The master bedroom has queen bed, flat screen TV and full bath with shower tub. 2nd bedroom has queen bed with full bath adjacent including shower. Third small bedroom has two twin beds.
Everything you need for your stay is included...pots, pans, dishes, linens, hairdryer, iron and iron board, washer/dryer, soap, etc.

This is a freestanding Single Family Home, not a condo. My father and I purchased this home and completely renovated it over the span of a year finishing it in 2010. It is a great house in an ideal location and we happily use it ourselves when it is not rented.
This home is located in a very private spot surrounded by mostly local Charleston residents. We ask that all visitors are very respectful of our neighbors during their stay.
