We love beaches. And we love Isle of Palms so much, we decided a few years ago to establish roots by purchasing our home so close to the beach. We fell in love Isle of Palms for all the Charleston area has to offer. You will find vibrant and thriving beaches, world class restaurants, activities for all ages, a rich chronicled history, and the friendliest Southern locals. We enjoy taking our young son and dogs on the beach first thing in the morning to watch the sunrise and splash in the waves. We love the convenience of the Isle of Palms Marina in the morning to grab breakfast, rent a boat, and dance to live music. We also have family in the Charleston area that makes Isle of Palms all the more home to us. You will love it too!

Great locale for family vacation!

We enjoyed this locale for a family vacation and bringing our dogs along for the fun! This is a nicely appointed home on a quiet street. Conveniently located across street from a community center and half a block from the dog park, the property was excellent. From the large front yard, to the fenced backyard complete with a grill for cooking out, we felt right at home. We could walk to the beach or stay in and watch March Madness. Was it perfect - no, but it was perfect for us! Families with kids, girls' getaways, or traveling with pets would find this home an excellent choice. We could get to Charleston downtown pretty easily and quickly and we were 2 hours from Savannah. Thanks Bennett family. I highly recommend your home for vacations near Charleston!

Holiday Getaway

This was the perfect beach home! After the hustle of the holidays, my mother, sister and I just wanted a place to escape for a week and chill out. We couldn't have picked a better vacation spot! The Isle of Palms is quite and charming with so much to offer.

Can't beat the location of this home, so close to the beach, the recreation center right next door and grocery store/restaurants half a mile down the road. It was an easy drive into Mt. Pleasant to do some shopping, have a spa day, go to the gym and so much more.

I would recommend eating at The Refuge, in the Harris Teeter shopping center not far from the house... so good I ate there 3 times during our say! And they have the cutest coffee bar!

The house itself had everything we needed and more, so spacious and cozy at the same time. Our furbabies loved the fenced in yard! Can't say enough good things about our stay, we are so sad it's over but definitely will be back in the future.

Perfect place for what we needed. Close to our families home, so we were able to spend time with all

Perfect place for what we needed. It was close to our families house, so we were able to spend time with them at Christmas. The dogs love to be close to the beach so they can romp and play during off leash hours. Also close to the marina, where my husband used to charter out of. So we were able to go to the marina and have breakfast and visit. Harris Teeter is Close by for grocery shopping. Also one of our favorite restaurants is close by Long Island Café and also the boathouse. , The house was comfortable and just what we needed. Also, we love backyard with a privacy fence.

Great Property & Even Better Owners!

We rented this lovely beach house in mid-Sept 2016 for a week; we loved it! It was perfect for our family & fur-family. We had a convention we were attending in downtown Charleston & made a vacation out of the trip. Downtown Charlestown was only about a 25 min drive away & we did use uber once to get home and it wasn't too bad (~$30).

It was ourselves & our almost 2 year old, our parents & doggies. First off let me say the kid's room was perfect as it had a rocking chair; I can't tell you how many times I've needed one for putting my little one to bed & to have this was a dream come true. We used our own pack-n-play but the bunk bed was very large & could easily fit 2-3 kids on the bottom & 1 up on top. Not really a lot of storage space but the dresser worked for keeping clothes, diapers etc.

The guest bedroom with the king bed was very large with great closet space; no dresser (I believe but could be mistaken, our parents stayed in there) but most everything could hang in the closets & they enjoyed the large bed. The guest bathroom off the hall was spacious as well & worked well for a kid bath & the adults using it.

The master was really nice with a queen bed. Two nice size closets side-by-side & the master bathroom was lovely. The bathroom had a good size tile shower & sometimes was nice to take a shower with our little one as it was easy to do. And, our fur-babies had plenty of room for their beds on the floor.

Speaking of fur-babies, they loved having a totally fenced backyard & could run around & sniff as they liked. It was really nice we could just let them out for a little while & not have to worry about them. There is also a doggy park about 30 yards from the property across the street & an awesome park directly across the street with an nice playground.

The great room with living, dining and kitchen was perfect for everyone hanging out. A galley kitchen but still pretty functional & had everything we needed. And there was this awesome lower addition that was HUGE where we could keep our bikes & beach stuff, etc. It also had a full bathroom (shower) & the laundry room was there as well.

We loved the 8-10 minute walk to the beach -it was so close & we would just head down for a little & then come back & relax at the house. Overall we just loved staying here & hope we can come back sooner than later. Definitely recommend the property & it was amazing to have the owners be so responsive & accommodating. Thank you for a great vacation!!
