This year round Lake House could not be duplicated today being a mere 20 feet from the water’s edge. It features water views throughout the lakeside of the cottage. It is a bird watcher’s haven with a bald eagle nest around the bend. Located in a peaceful and quiet part of the lake, the property is surrounded with an international twist of camp owners, both French Canadians and Americans. Acadian and Irish Settlers were the first to inhabit the area with a strong Native American presence. The small-town spirit and appreciation for their heritage is quite evident today as the French language is commonly heard.
