1 Bedroom, 1 Bath With Stunning Views Of The Ten Mile Range

New Queen Bed and Mattress in Bedroom, Full Murphy Bed in Main Room with Pull out sleeper couch. Will sleep 4 comfortably and six in a pinch with kids. All new appliances (electric stove, dishwasher, coffee pot, refrigerator with ice maker and granite counter tops, floors, cabinets and nicely upgraded. Newly Renovated bath with walk-in tiled shower. Hot water heat. Fireplace has cheap faux electric log for ambience due to current fire code restrictions. It's a little cheesy, easy to keep clean, reduces our carbon footprint and works for us. Fully equipped kitchen, bed linens and towels for your convenience and stay. There is no washer and dryer on the premise currently. In close parking adjacent to unit entrance. While there is a small common area, the property is best suited for your inside comfort, views, cooking, entertaining and sleeping and close and convenient to everything you can do in and around Breckenridge, Summit County or just for chillin!

About Greg Hughes

I grew up near Escanaba in Michigan's Upper Peninsula. I went west seeking adventures, graduated from Colorado State University, and have climbed the Grand Teton and about half of Colorado's fourteeners. I currently reside in Albuquerque, New Mexico and we try to get up to the Condo as often as our busy lives allow.

Why Greg Hughes chose Breckenridge

This property was owned by one owner and my dearly departed friends and adopted parents Betsy and Arvy Kysely. We fished, hiked skied and climbed the mountains of Colorado together and I retain all the fond memories we created and shared with our friends. The NoNo is my friends name I will always use for the condo. Many of our mutual friends continue to use the NoNo. It is a familiar place and our home away from home.

What makes this condo unique

Betsy and Arvy and the camaraderie of our friends and the adventures we have all had up there made it impossible for me not to buy it and keep the tradition going. The view of almost the entire Ten Mile Range the sunrise and alpine glow, the echoes of laughter and good times. You can find a framed piece of the old green and blue shag carpet and the now antique shag rug rake hanging on the wall amongst the old mine wood framed pictures collected and made by Arvy of our families and friends. It is close to Breckenridge but a snug hillside retreat away from the crowds and traffic. It is our hope that others will be able to make memories here too.

This is a great location on Baldy Mountain just minutes above and overlooking the town of Breckenridge, the ski slopes and on the Free Ride Shuttle Service. Old Boreas Pass trails for hiking, biking and cross country skiing are only minutes away just uphill from your condo. The views and scenery are spectacular and whether you are skiing, hiking, biking, sailing, golfing, fishing the area provides year round inspiration to get out in the great outdoors.

Cozy Condo by the mountain

Had a great time staying here. The place is cozy so there is not a lot of extra room but they make efficient use of space with a fold out Murphy bed and pull out couches. Great kitchen area with everything you might want and a great shower. Has a spectacular view of Breckenridge ski resort and only a 5 minute drive to the gondola. Would highly recommend it to anyone!

Great mountain condo!

The condo worked out very well for guests we had for our daughters wedding. It was very comfortable and had all the basics. The kitchen was well stocked, beds were comfortable and it was a great location in relationship to the Lodge at Breckenridge. I would definitely recommend this to a small group or couple.

Great place to stay!!

We stayed at the Betsy No No during our recent trip to Breckenridge and the surrounding area. The mountain views from our windows were spectacular, and the fall colors were stunning. The condo is clean, well furnished and very comfortable. We felt very much at home there! We appreciated the numerous little extras provided there to ensure our enjoyment. We were very happy to see that the condo is exactly as pictured and described, and there were no surprises! Having done quite a bit of traveling, we know that this is not always the case. We would definitely recommend this condo to other travelers, and hope to return again someday.

Wonderful 8 night stay

The condo was perfect for us. It is 3 miles or so up Boreas Pass Rd from town, but it is only about a 1 mile hike to town via Moonstone Trail. Mostly we walked to and from town as the was a perfect hike for our dog. The views are beautiful from the condo. We will definitely check with Greg when we make our next trip to Breck.

Everything You Need!

I don't think we could have had a better experience! The owners are very responsive if you feel uncomfortable using this app for vacation, then I'd recommend working with these guys. They walked us through the process, were very responsive, and we recieved the deposit back the day after our stay. It was so easy to check in with the electronic code. The NoNo is a 3 minute drive from Main Street, although you can see it from the living room windows. There are 3 gigantic windows to open up in the living area that make the place the perfect temperature. The views of the mountains are amazing. The Murphy bed and bedroom make this place perfect for four guests, not to mention our pup was completely happy with the space. Everything you can think of is there to make any vacation smooth. This was our best vacation ever and it was mostly because of this place. Thank you so much for making our Fourth of July so special.

Great place to stay in Breck!

Great place to stay! The location was awesome - especially with our pup - He loved going across the street and running throughout all of the trees. The views on the drive to the property and the views from the property are awesome. There were two of us plus a pup staying at the condo - it was the perfect size.

Anything and everything you could ever need is available in this condo! Greg was very quick to answer any questions we had and was wonderful to work with! We will definitely be back!
