Lovely property near Ridgevale Beach!
This home is a great rental for families! We loved the open living area, beautiful backyard, quiet street and convenient access to the beach. It is a short drive to downtown Chatham and also Harwich. It was close to Marion's Pie Shop - a must visit for any trip!
The owner Chris was responsive, helpful and thoughtful. The home was extremely clean, tastefully decorated and well organized. The washer/dryer was conveniently located on the main floor and came in quite handy after long days on the beach! The kids loved taking outdoor showers! Chris thought of everything with a beach cart, beach chairs and more! You will love it!
Lovely Chatham home
Just returned from our stay st this lovely home in Chatham. In our 40 years of cape cod rental I have never had such a wonderful experience. The house was perfect and the interaction with the owner Chris was amazing
The beach was perfect for the grandchildren who came to spend a few days with the tidlepools to explore.
Our weather was not the best and we found plenty of things to do. There is a wonderful playground just across the road. Can't miss the fish pier with all the action going on the kids love it. My grandson even thought he saw a walrus there😳😳. Unfortunately our concert got rained out but that is a must do if weather permitting.
So much not to miss about this great house and wonderful location you will not be disappointed even if weather is off.
Beautiful and comfortable home
We really found a home from home for our recent stay in Cape Cod. Communications were excellent and Chris was available to ask any questions. However everything went very smoothly. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen extremely well equipped. The house is easily big enough for 6 but was very comfortable for our family of 4.
It's convenient for all local amenities although a car is needed as nothing is really within walking distance.
I would be very happy to stay here again should we ever visit the area again. Thank you! 😊
Loved the location! Close to beach and central to everything else. House was very well stocked with everything we needed. Kids loved the hammock.
Homey, private and thoughtful Cape getaway
I just got back from a 1 week stay at this home with my brother, sister-in-law and 2 nephews (16 and 12) and it was an excellent experience. The home was exceptionally clean, very well organized, comfortable and with a gorgeous private backyard. The owner was extremely thoughtful in terms of the home's amenities (air conditioning, washer dryer, dishes, home entertainment options, WiFi and even handy things in the "junk drawer") and in the level of customer service. Chris provided a really great and helpful e-mail the week prior to check-in that explained everything we would need for our week stay. The only thing (and it's really very small) that we noticed was the water pressure on the outdoor shower, which we still all used every day. Heck - none of us showered inside the entire week.
The location of the home is on a great quiet street (that I am hoping the town can trim the branches around the street sign, since it is a little hard to see) with easy access to Ridgevale Beach and a short drive down Main Street to downtown Chatham.
We were all delighted with the home and would definitely be interested in staying again in the future. Truly positive Cape experience.
A Great Family-Friendly Find!
My family and I had a wonderful time staying at this house for a week in late July and would highly recommend it! The home was very clean and had a large, private back yard that the kids especially enjoyed. The outdoor shower was an added bonus that we all took advantage of after our beach days. We loved that Ridgevale beach was located just at the end of the street. It was a nice, clean beach (with bathrooms, lifeguards and a snack shack) that was perfect for our young kids. We also loved that we were located just a short driving distance away from the Chatham Village where we spent many nights walking through the shops, trying new restaurants and taking in a Chatham Angler's baseball game. The owners were terrific with communication leading up to our stay and were quick with email inquiries. What a great Chatham find!
