This 3 bedroom, 2 bath house is located on the lagoons of Kingston cove, in Shipyard Plantation. Has covered parking. Up to date kitchen, concrete lower level with porch swing overlooking a majestic lagoon view. Sleeps 8 with king bed in master, queen in guest-room, and 2 twin beds in 2nd guest-room. Newer couches and queen sleeper sofa. All rooms have tvs. House has 2 dvd players.

Large flat screen tv in living room with fireplace. Screened in back porch overlooks beautiful lagoon and also has a flat screen tv. Wifi throughout entire house. Washer and dryer are available with iron and ironing board. For small children, a pack-and-play is available. Towels, wash clothes, and linens are provided.

Kitchen features electric stove, oven, microwave, and garbage disposal. Silverware and flatware are stocked and ready for use. Refrigerator and freezer with ice-maker. Blender and toaster are provided. Blender available.

Great bike rentals available and families can ride around entire plantation together. Kingston Cove's pool is available to all guests and is less than 100 yards from the driveway. Has bathrooms and chairs available. A beach parking hang-tag is also available for cars if you choose to drive to the beach.

Why Josh chose South Carolina

This property is private owned and we work hard to treat it as our own. It is not a time-share, but a second home for us and our children. We adore HHI so much, that it made sense for us to purchase property here (after all, all of our vacations are here). We ask that this home is treated as your home would be treated. We intend to keep it for many years and we enjoy it as much as anyone. So, poor up a cup of coffee, sit on the back porch and enjoy the beautiful mornings overlooking the Lagoon.

Very Nice Property in Great Location

We had a great week at this property and I will give my impressions below.

PROS:

Great location - Short bike ride to beach and close proximity to restaurants

Good amenities - TVs in every room, nice kitchen, nice decor

Quiet neighborhood

Very nice screened in patio

Reasonably priced

CON:

Front most bedroom didn't cool, as well as rest of house

Pillows could have been better

As you can see the pros well out weigh any cons, with this property, and I would definitely recommend it.

Perfect place for family

Stayed here with our family of five & two grandparents. Phenominal layout with large common area & fantastic screened in back porch. Downstairs storage area adjacent to parking is a huge bonus to store bikes, chairs & anything else you may bring for your beach trip. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Wonderful location!

We truly enjoyed our week in Hilton Head. While we have been there many times before, this was our first stay at 26 Kingston Cove. It was a great location with just a quick bike ride to the beach. We especially enjoyed sitting on the screened porch. We definitely hope to return here!

Perfect Stay

We loved this home. Perfect for bringing our daughter and her family (husband and 3 kids); they had their own side of the house, we had ours. Best part was sitting out on the screened-in porch and looking at the lagoon. Pool is a few houses down. Beach is 8/10ths of a mile by bike or on foot. Rode our bikes everyday. 2.3 mile bike ride to Coligny Plaza shops was very enjoyable. Very clean and everything you'd want in a vacation home. We have stayed in Hilton Head many times and this was, by far, the most enjoyable.

Perfect location. Beautiful lagoon.

This is our second time to stay at this property, and we plan to stay again. Just the right size for our family (4 adults and two kids). Quick bike or drive to the beach. The screened in porch overlooking the lagoon sets this property apart.
