Oceanfront luxury: spacious condo in small, gated community with heated pool, tennis courts, volleyball, shuffleboard, and hot tubs; on peninsula surrounded by water, wide sandy beach and ocean swimming. Kitchen was recently updated with silestone countertops. Living areas refurbished with bamboo floors and new furniture. Numerous amenities but still a home-like atmosphere. Close to Tampa airport, many golf courses, all west coast tourist highlights, and even Disney.

Purchased property 25 years ago and have held on to it because there is no more perfect spot than Land's End along the Gulf. I could never replace it.

You can view not only the gulf, but also the inlet waterway where you can see wildlife from herons and cormorants to manatee and dolphins in their natural habitat. Land's End has a Caribbean feeling with rolling lawns, gazebos, a boardwalk, and lush plantings, but is close to all conveniences, shopping, and entertainment
