About Nancy McCarthy

We are empty-nesters who greatly enjoy the Breckenridge area. Leo is an avid snow-boarder, hiker and biker. Nancy likes the snow and small-town feel, as well as the great location. We hail from Missouri and have been married for 32 years now. We both attended college at Southwest Missouri State University (that is where we met). We run a couple of businesses back in Missouri and are now venturing into the mountains.

Why Nancy McCarthy chose Historic District

Leo fell in love with this property the first time he saw it! Although it is only two blocks from downtown, it is fairly secluded on the 1/2 acre wooded lot. The home is perfect for us since it has both the Main House and the Apartment. Our children all love the Breckenridge area and love snow-boarding as well. For many years we visited (rented) and when this property became available, we decided to take the plunge and purchase a home in Breckenridge.

Comfortable home in great location

Beautiful home in a beautiful place!

Incredible views, beautiful home, just a nice walk from Main Street. Wish we could be there more than a week, but enjoyed every minute. Owner great to work with. We love Breck and we love this home as a place from which to enjoy Breck.

This year our family (kids and grandkids) enjoyed it with us for part of our time and they loved it as well. Very easy place for a large family to be together and use as home base for enjoying this magical place!
