This Completely Renovated 1100 Sqft Unit Has 2 Bedrooms + A Loft And Two Baths.

You cannot find a better location in Center Village. This top floor, end unit is ski-in/ski-out and only a 3-minute walk to Center Village! The advantage of not being directly in center village is the peace and quiet that comes with that little bit of separation. Our backyard IS the mountain and our unit faces directly toward the ski hill giving you unsurpassed views.

There are 2 generously sized bedrooms plus a loft (the loft is NOT enclosed and is an open style loft). We also have 2 large bathrooms and at 1100 sqft this unit is large enough for multiple families. Please note: this unit is on the second floor and there is NOT an elevator.

The open floor-plan of our unit optimizes the layout making it truly feel like a cozy mountain retreat. There is an abundance of beautiful exposed wood beams throughout which creates a Pottery Barn feeling. The entire unit was remodeled and now boasts a new flat screen Smart TV (with free Netflix), TV's in each bedroom, new beds, new bedding (mostly down blankets), new carpet, new Stainless Steel Appliances, beautiful rough cut solid granite countertops, new furniture, updated bathrooms and was just freshly painted. We have also included a pack-n-play and a booster seat (with buckles) for our guests. If you plan on using the pack-n-play please bring your own sheets. We ask that you use some form of waterproof barrier between your sheets and the pack-n-play cushion.

You will truly enjoy the beautiful mountain views while you cozy up to the warm gas fireplace in the living room. You can enjoy a hot cocoa or coffee anytime of day from the in-unit Keurig. We will provide you with a few k-cups of coffee or you can use the instant hot water to make hot cocoa or tea anytime you like. We truly optimized every inch of space to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Each room (including the loft) has a large closet with a fan and a humidifier. The bathrooms both have vanities with double sinks and hair dryers. The unit includes free Wi-Fi. The entry has a large area to keep your skis and boots so you do not have to trip over them in the unit.

The Colorado Trail is literally out or back door in the summer months. In the winter, you can hop on the Pitchfork lift and ride down to the Superbee lift or you can walk a short distance (toward the right as you are looking at the mountains) to American Eagle and American Flyer chairlifts. At the end of the day you can ski directly to the stairwell! If you would like to go ice-skating on the pond, you can rent ice skates at the general store on the south side of the pond in Center Village.

If you would like to walk to Center Village there is a paved trail that you will see as you walk out of our parking lot and head towards the parking structure you passed as you drove in. The trail is located along the south side of the parking structure. To get to Woodward you simply head out Guller Road toward the main road and you will see it to the right. This is also where the FREE Summit Stage bus picks up.

About Joanne Harris

We are the Harris family. We live in Castle Pines, CO but are originally from Wisconsin and Pennsylvania. Scott and I both went to the Air Force Academy and owning a condo in the mountains has been a dream since way back when. We've spent the entire summer remodeling the unit and hope you will enjoy it as much as we do.

Why Joanne Harris chose Northwest

We ABSOLUTELY love Copper Mountain. We wanted an area that had all of the amentities of a ski town without all of the crowds. The skiing will challenge the best of the best and our children love the various ski school programs. Our son is doing the Woodward 4 pack this winter and can't wait. We originially bought here because of the amazing skiing but have been pleasantly surprised with how much fun the summer is as well. There is so much for the kids to do and there is an event almost every weekend. There really isn't a bad time to visit Copper Mountain! After we bought the condo we realized how amazing the location is. We can let the kids play and just 'be kids.' There is nothing better than have a mountain as your backyard/playground. We also love parking the car and not having to drive anywhere while we are here. You can walk almost anywhere you need to go or catch the Summit Stage Free shuttle to the other towns.

What makes this condo unique

The location of our unit is almost perfect because you have easy access to the village (3 minute walk) and skiing and the quiet tranquility of being tucked into the mountain.

We were a family 5 adults, 2 teenagers 2 small children and 1 grandparent. We fit nicely. Everything was clean and new. They have a keurig and a regular coffee pot. The transportation via buses ran smoothly. We did all of our own cooking but the village was fun to shop at. The check in and out was very smooth. There is a Safeway about 10 east of the condo. Met some of the neighbors everyone was very friendly. First time skiing, had a great private instructor. We will be back.

Awesome location

Unit is a short walk from Center Village, great ski in , ski out. Unit is very well furnished great for family of 6. Only down fall is no elevator even thought it's on the second floor. Everything else was wonderful.

Fit our needs perfectly!

The space was exactly what we needed, with room for more if needed. We comfortably slept 3 adults and 4 kids, and again could have had up to three more guest (if they shared beds). The remodel is wonderful and the kitchen was grand- and well stocked. Both bathrooms have double sinks and tubs which is perfect for kids. It also shares a great view of the mountains and comes with one covered parking spot. The complex shares a large community hot tub and sauna for apres ski!

It is ski-in/ ski-out for the experienced skier- but maybe more of a trek for those of us with little ones, unless you plan to just use the Green Acre lifts exclusively. It's also within walking distance from the main village and dinner out, etc.

All in all we would LOVE to stay here again. A big thank you to the host for renting it out.

Roomy, clean, well appointed unit

This unit was very roomy and fit our family of six with room to spare. The unit was very clean and the kitchen was very well equipped - it was easy to prepare dinner after a day on the slopes. The unit had very easy ski-in access from 'easier' blue slopes. The ski-out access is really for the family that has advanced skiers where access is through a small chair lift and skiing to the Super-Bee lift which accesses mostly black and advanced blue slopes. If not willing to take that route, a short walk on an uphill slope is necessary to access the American Eagle or a little further, American Flyer lifts. The unit has a nice entryway to store skis and take off boots; however, the unit is located on the second floor with no elevator access. It would have been nice to have locker access for the skis 1st floor in order to avoid carrying the equipment up and down the stairs each day. All in all, our family enjoyed this unit and would look to rent it again upon returning to Copper.

Location, Location, Location

While Copper is our favorite Colorado ski resort, it was our first time staying on-site at Copper. Joanne and family were SUPER accommodating making sure we had everything we needed and giving us tips and pointers on handling the little (first time) skier. Unit is literally 20 yards from a green 'learning' area and maybe 70 yards from the flyer/eagle/center village area. We literally boarded up to the condo steps at the end of everyday. The remodeled condo is very nice and you could throw a stone (or beer) into the hot tub from the condo's balcony! It takes about 2 minutes to walk to center village and about 5 to walk to east village from the condo.

I would recommend this condo for 1 large family or 2 couples. We had 3 couples and 1 child on the trip. The upstairs shared bathroom made things a little noisy in the mornings for a few of us, but this was a minor issue, the fun we had/convenience far outweighed missing a few minutes of sleep!

Our next trip to copper will definitely involve rental 501476 :)

Great Location/Condo

This was our first time staying on-site at Copper Mountain during our annual ski vacation...usually we stay in Frisco. However, after our experience, we'll definitely be back and will try to secure this condo again. The condo was simply AWESOME...everything we needed was readily available. Additionally, the condo was clean and very well maintained. The on-site hot tub and sauna were an added benefit we took advantage of after our days of skiing...enhancing our overall satisfaction. We had one minor maintenance issue with the hot tub, but a quick call the to the property manager and a technician was there within 5 mins to troubleshoot and fix the pilot for the hot tub heater. The condo's location made the ski in/out and access to restaurants, bars, etc a huge benefit. Access to the condo via the stairs wasn't a major issue and the covered parking space was beneficial for loading and unloading. Highly recommend this condo!!!

This unit is located at the base of Copper Mountain for optimal access to chair lifts in the winter. We are only a 3-10 minute walk to ice skating and all the benefits of center village (including restaurants/bars etc). In the summer, you can enjoy the multitude of activites in center village including: disc golf, miniature golf, trampolines, zip lines, rock climbing wall, bumper boats, and race cars. Our unit backs to the Colorado Trail and gives you instant access to mountain biking and hiking. You can also walk to the river and fish or just sit on our balcony and enjoy the tranquility of being tucked up against the mountain. Copper Mountain is a 10 minute drive from Frisco CO which boasts a traditional mountain town feel. There are plenty of activities and shops located throughout the town. You can access Frisco via the FREE Summit Stage Express which picks up in front of Woodward at Copper. You can also enjoy the Outlets in Silverthorne all year round.
