John was very quick to communicate and thorough too. Love this place! The custom cabinetry, base boards, and doors are amazing. Cozy couch for reading and tv, cozy bed too! The place is very clean, quiet, and has everything you need in the kitchen, just show up! One street over is all the fun and food you could want in the quaint town of Sonora. We'll be back upon our next visit to see our family that live nearby.
The property was as pictured and described. Very cozy and comfortable. Convenient to other small mining towns. Approximately 2 hours from Yosemite Valley.
This is a well appointed and comfortable cottage. Very well equipped kitchen and generous bathroom amenities. It has a lovely outlook over the town and is a short walk to the Main Street, shops and restaurants. We've loved our stay here and wish we had more time here. Best place we've stayed in so far!
We stayed with three persons in this house and had a good time. We got a good description and had no problems in finding the house. It is nicely furnished. The pictures are accurate, it is situated in the center. We enjoyed the farmer`s market on Saturday morning eating a nice crepe for breakfast. My son liked the trip to the Columbia Historical State Park. It is 1 1/2 hours drive to Yousemity Valley we enjoyed hiking despite the fact that is was really crowded at this time of the year. Sonora itself has a variety of nice little shopes. The candy shop is one of the highlights. And now the big question yes we would come back.
We had a great time at the little cottage in Sonora! The space was absolutely beautiful and VERY comfortable, with two patios, a horseshoe pit, and a very comfy bed - we felt our money was well worth it.
We arrived on a Friday afternoon. 3 small doe greeted us in the driveway. They didn't run off, but lingered as if they were used to people and cars. We spent two nights in this quaint bungalow. We cooked in... The kitchen was fully equipped with all the essentials for whipping up a great breakfast and dinner. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was perfect. Great amenities provided; towels, linens, paper products. It was a great weekend getaway. Loved the back and front patio areas. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and will definitely return!
