About the property

Great price for great home close to it all.

Quiet tree lined neighborhood can be your home away from home while visiting Yakima. Whether if you are town for for work or play you will be comfortable in the well cared for two bedroom and one bath home with full kitchen. One queen and and 2nd room has a full and a twin bed; sleeps up to five. Front room has love seat, recliner and other seating. TV with Wifi streaming; set up with out Netflix/Hulu account for entertainment.

Relax on the covered front porch or walk to many of the close locations such as Franklin Park, Yakima Valley Community College, Memorial Hospital, Regional hospital, St. Paul's cathedral, to name just a few.

Both bedrooms and family room have new hardwood floors. Master bedroom has a queen size Serta mattress that was bought in 2014. Second bedroom has a twin and a full. Bath has shower and tub. Gas heat, central air will keep temperature comfortable. Hot tub use is negotiable for an additional fee.

Room for two cars off street and there is more room to park across the street from the home.

At times, (less than 10 days a month) my husband stays in the lower unit of the home, which is completely separate from upstairs. I would be surprised if you ever saw him or knew he was there.

Cozy and homely

Perfect for individual/ small group. I did not use the patio in the back which I only discovered as I was leaving. Overall a good stay! Property was clean and maintained well.

Our family needed a place for one night and this little house worked perfect. Has everything you need, very clean, and easy clear instructions from owner.

Nice place with good space- not great for kids.

  • 4 of 5

Comfortable living area. The house has many breakables that make it less ideal for families with little kids.

Small, quiet home. Fit our needs just fine. We really enjoyed sitting on the front porch in the evening.
