This townhouse is located close to everything you could want to do while vacationing in Scottsdale. Quite neighborhood. Located next to Chaparral Park where you can walk or ride your bike North through Scottsdale or South to Tempe (ASU).
This townhouse is a total remodel and has tile floors, all new appliances, fireplace, large walk in master shower, garage. Rooms are large comfortable, with sliding doors to patios.
One level NO STEPS!
This was our third year at Medlock. We come back because of:
Location - quiet, walkable neighborhood,; small mall with the essentials a short walk away; easy access to the greenway bike trails; access to the 101 and many major surface streets, trolley and bus stops short walks away:
Condo - the photos are accurate. Nice open feel in the living area and privacy in the bedroom areas. It is stocked with everything you would generally need including an interesting collection of cookbooks.
There two patios one off the kitchen and the other larger one off the living room and master bedroom.
Garage - an actual garage not a carport. Complete with door opener. Especially nice if you bring bikes or golf clubs, etc.
Neighborhood : not all snowbirds. The people we've met live there year round and welcome the renters! In fact, they may try to convince you buy a condo!! The neighborhood pool is less that a block from the condo and is well maintained. Fruit trees abound.
The owner: she is there when you need her but is not a hovering landlord.
Price: we have found her price to be fair and reasonable.
We loved the Scottsdale patio home. It was beautifully furnished, fully stocked with any and all items we needed for our one month stay. The neighborhood was very safe and the neighbors were all friendly. The pool and hot tub for the community were well kept and lovely to use. This home has been totally remodeled and is beautifully decorated. We hope to stay there again---we loved our stay. The location is blocks from Camelback/Scottsdale Rd.
This place was a wonderful spot for our family on our first vacation together. It was close to EVERYTHING we wanted or needed, and the home could not have been more accommodating! Propert owner was a GEM to work with! Thank you!
This is our second year in this condo and the only problem - February is too short! (I hear that it will be longer next year .....) We chose to return for many reasons - location, price, neighborhood, and the condo itself. This year we used the pool which is only a few steps away from our front door. Even if you don't want to get wet there are plenty of lounge chairs for relaxing and catching a few rays.
This definitely is a home away from home. Looking forward to 2016 and taking advantage of that extra day!!
When we started our condo search this year we looked for and found:
Location - easy access to the 101 and several major surface streets, access to the Scottsdale Greenbelt, walking distance to grocery store, restaurant, anything that's a destination;
Price - fair & in line with competition;
Owner/manager - unobtrusive, yet available if we had questions;
Neighborhood quiet and friendly
Condition of condo - newly remodeled, clean, bright and airy - the photos cannot do it justice.
Pluses: Well stocked kitchen! Roomy garage! Orange tree filled with juice oranges!! Beautiful pool just steps away! A home-away that felt like home!
Located across the street is Chaparral Park.
5 Min to downtown Scottsdale and Scottsdale Fashion Square, night clubs, and restaurants.
Barrett Jackson is a 15 min drive.
Cactus League baseball just minutes away
Walk to Safeway and Chase Bank
