This eco conscious apartment offers an open floor plan with cork flooring, Zero VOC paint, a kitchenette, luxurious sleeping areas, a full bathroom with washer and dryer and a lovely little reading room.

Ideal for a small family, a couple, or a girl's weekend getaway, the apartment sleeps up to 5 people. Two queen sized beds and a single pullout in the sitting room give ample options for comfort, and a pack n play is also available upon request.

While the kitchenette does not have a stove, it is equipped with a coffee maker, microwave, mini fridge, toaster and optional hot plate (which works as a countertop range). With Porque No, The Woodsman and Mt. Tabor Bakery right around the corner, the need for cooking is minimal.

Our 42 inch LCD TV comes with 36 channels of digital TV, Hulu Plus, Netflix, ITunes, Pandora, and Blue Ray/DVD Player.

Maps of the neighborhood, busline, and bike paths are provided. Parking is streetside and free.

Parties over 4 will be charged 10 dollars per guest.

Perfect and comfortable

We spent 3 nights at this property and we could not have asked for better. The property itself was clean and well appointed. The local area was quiet and pleasant to walk around but with immediate access to shops and plenty of restaurants. All the restaurants we tried were excellent.

Great location!

Very quiet neighborhood with great places to eat within walking distance. The stairs in the entrance may be a problem if you have big luggage, but that wouldn't deter me from renting this place. Stephanie and her family were delightful and we just fell in love with their dog Luther! Washer/dryer is a bonus!

Great location!

We had a wonderful stay here and it is perfectly located. You can walk to a lot of places, and are also close to Mt. Tabor. It is one large attic room basically, without walls for separation. Having laundry on-site was convenient. Very nice property owners as well. The only issue was trying to get ahold of the owners before our stay. We tried contacting them via phone and email three times in the weeks before our stay and only heard from them two days in advance of our stay to figure out what the property address was. So that was nerve-racking given that we were flying out there. Other than that, great stay.

Car: not necessary

The perfect resting place after a stroll up Mt. Tabor and a day exploring the huge variety of parks, great food, drink and boutiques that make this one of most desirable neighborhoods in the city. This airy, relaxing upstairs apartment with private entrance is ideally located between Hawthorne and Division in the Richmond Neighborhood. With virtually everything you might need within walking distance and the rest of the city easily accessible by bus or bike, this area is thought of by many as the heart of Portland. In the mood for a day trip? We are ideally located between the snow and the beach! Take a trip to Mt. Hood and hit the slopes, or head to the beach for the day and put your toes in the sand.

PAYMENT POLICY: Reservation deposit is $200.00 and is due within seven (7) days of booking to guarantee reservation. Full payment of balance is due thirty (30) days prior to arrival.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations must be advised by either party two weeks (14) days prior to arrival date for full deposit refund. Up to 50% of total payment is held if cancellation is within one week of check in.

Owner's Cancellation Policy

  • 50% refund if canceled at least 14 days before arrival date.
  • 100% refund if canceled at least 30 days before arrival date.
  • Service Fee fully refunded on cancellations that qualify for 100% refund.
