Super cozy pac heights studio!
I stayed in this studio for about two months and it was perfect — had all the amenities necessary and the landlord was incredibly friendly and helpful if I ever needed anything. It was a very safe street and was also super close to a Trader Joe’s and Target which was great.
Thank you, Sydney! I'm glad you enjoyed your stay and that everything was comfortable for you. You have been a great guest and I hope you return to San Francisco soon!
Great location, nice little studio
We (a couple and 1 dog) stayed here for about a month and it was the perfect spot in SF. It's close to many restaurants on Divisadero and easy to get to markets and stores for your basic needs. The studio is a good size. I was a little worried about parking because the city no longer gives out temporary parking permits, however parking was easy and there were only a few evenings that I had to drive around a few times to find a spot. Just be cautious of the 2 hour parking rule during the day. Laundry is coin operated, but it works really well and it is right outside in the back patio. It is shared with other tenants, but it was never a problem. My only critique would be that because the apartment is smaller and it's on the main street, it's difficult to open up the windows to air it out and sometimes it felt a little damp inside. I think having a small fan would help. There is a small dog potty park half a block away on Bush Street and a larger park (Alta Plaza Park) 8 blocks away that were both great for our dog. The hosts were super nice and very quick to respond to any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again, and highly recommend this studio for anyone looking for a short term stay in SF!
Sonia was very patient and helpful in getting everything situated, including the temporary resident parking permit.
The studio was clean with everything I needed. The other four units that share the courtyard also seem to be vacation rentals, so you never know who will be there. All were nice except one, who complained that my dog would occasionally scratch at his door when he was outside to pee. Other than that everyone was friendly for the 3.5 months I was there. The neighborhood and studio are surprisingly quiet for opening right on to Bush St. I worked nights and never had trouble sleeping related to outside noise.
Divisadero is only two blocks away which is super convenient. Busses going everywhere never were more than two or three blocks away. The longest I looked for parking was 20 minutes only one time. Usually I found parking within 5-10 minutes and within 1-3 blocks. But beware of the street cleaning signs, as I got a ticket once for not paying attention. Didn't make that mistake again!
All in all the place is a great deal for a quiet place in a nice neighborhood (the Full House house is only a block away). Though it isn't large, it's perfectly suitable for a single person or couple, and a dog. If I take another contract in SF I'm definitely looking up this place again!
Thank you, Todd. It was great to have you! Hope you come back soon.
This studio was perfect for our extended stay in SF. It's very accessible to all parts of the city, never had to wait more than 10 minutes for a bus. The area is quiet and feels safe, but there is plenty of shopping and dining within walking distance.
Sonia was very accommodating and quickly took care of any questions or issues we had. The studio is in good condition and nicely furnished. Highly recommend for any length of stay.
Though the studio is small it was exactly what we needed for our extended stay in San Francisco. The area is wonderful, with lots of things to do and the studio has everything that you need. Our host was lovely and accommodating and we would definitely stay here again.
This little apartment was perfect for my needs, very suitable for someone staying by themselves or a couple. Had everything I needed, the kitchen has a good range of appliances and Sonya was very helpful. The Internet was very fast and reliable.
Only slight problem is the traffic noise throughout the night and it's very light in the morning so sleeping in is hard but the bed was very comfortable.
The neighbourhood is very nice and friendly and there are shops for everything I needed within a 15 minute walk of the house.
