This beautiful and private apartment is located less than a 2-minute walk from the beach of Condado and from Ashford Avenue, the heart of Puerto Rico's premier tourist area and one of the most important avenues in all of San Juan. Recently renovated and with beautiful decor and wall art, this property is conveniently close to all the action: designer stores, top-notch restaurants, incredible hotels, casinos, nightlife, bars, spas, beauty salons, and more are just steps away from your front door.
The spacious apartment is fully functional and stocked with Wi-Fi Internet, TV with Netflix for streaming only and large kitchen (forks, knives, plates, cups, pots and pans). We provide the option of renting a dedicated mobile hotspot for $20/day plus applicable tax. Please ask about this service if you are interested.
The location is the perfect blend of island beach getaway and city convenience. Ashford Avenue is home to upscale boutique brands and for local hangout spots like The Place, Small Bar, Di Zucchero, and Stop and Go. You're one quick block away from a Walgreens and one quick block away from the calming sound of waves brushing up against the sand. You can't beat it.
There are four bedrooms and three bathrooms - one tiny but fully functional, a large kitchen, a dining room area, a very comfortable living room area and all bedrooms have air conditioning. The rental includes parking space for 2 vehicles.
Our Magic Team is always on call to make sure everything goes smoothly and your vacation is perfect. Just text or call, and they'll be there for you.
Also, ask about our concierge service! Our concierge can help make reservations, get private chefs, book boat charters, and buy groceries, just to name a few things. These additional services will be billed separately.

If you are looking for a great place THIS IS IT! Perfect location, very spacious, parking AC and very cute! Joy and William are there if you need them, always responding to messages and greet you on arrival. You just need to bring your bags and you don't have to worry about anything else. Definitely saving as my spot to stay when visiting PR.
This place is clean and worth the money. Good location.
The place is clean, they were re-painting so it did have a strong smell at first but we got used to it. Omar was very helpful, friendly and offered us many different ideas to help us enjoy our stay in condado. There is a nice sized kitchen, nothing fancy but definitely gets the job done. There are three rooms with bunk beds one has a bathroom and one with a king bed and bathroom. I would stay there again as it easily housed 8 friends and myself. Ashford st is also a 5 min or less walk, which has lots of shops, convenient stores, casino, places to eat, and the beach. The price is right and the location is perfect. thanks for the stay!
Frat house living
Positives- The location of the property is great, it is one block away from numerous restaurants, shopping, bars and the beach. The owner was very responsive. Negatives - you may have wondered why there isn't pictures of the outside, that's because the area dedicated as the patio for grilling is horrible, as well as the carport, which were both filled with a lot of stuff, i.e. trash, paint cans, old furniture and ladders. We didn't open the blinds b/c this was our view, which created a cave like experience. The showers drained slowly, creating a pool in the shower. The Condo was just was not up to date. This was the 1st time we rented a home on vacation. I will be going back to resort living for vacations.
We were a party of 12 and had plenty of room. The location was perfect! We were walking distance from the beach, stores where we could buy food, as well as many restaurants and bars. I will definitely stay here next time I'm in San Juan!
Condado is one of the few areas in San Juan where pedestrian life still thrives. Within walking distance you'll have access to markets, stores, salons, spas, hotels, casinos, restaurants, beaches, cafes, boutiques, ice cream shops... everything! Getting to the beach is very easy, it's less than a 5-minute walk from the apartment! If you're in a hurry to have some fun in the sun, stop by Pinky's and grab one of their awesome original wraps and sandwiches to go. It's also a great spot for breakfast, and it's about 3 minutes from the apartment.
Right when you cross Ashford Avenue, you'll find La Concha Hotel where you can go for drinks at the bar or dine at Serafina, a great restaurant for groups and families. La Ventana al Mar (literally "the window to the sea") nearby is a beautiful green area with small restaurants where you can sit outside and enjoy gorgeous views of the ocean as you listen to the sound of the waves and enjoy a few drinks.
If you head East on Ashford Avenue, you'll be on the strip where you'll see plenty of shops and restaurants, but also convenience stores and pharmacies like Walgreens and CVS. There are also a few ATMs on the main avenue, so you're covered, no matter what you need!
If you keep going in this direction, you can reach Ocean Park Beach, another great spot for a beach day with friends or for enjoying water sports like kite boarding. You can also check out la Calle Loiza, another main street with a more relaxed feel to it. There's lots of creative new restaurants that are part of an exciting culinary scene. Check out Sabrina for sophisticated dining or Tresbé for casual but creative cuisine with outdoor seating. They have live music a few nights a week so it's a nice spot to hang out. If you're looking for more authentic "comida criolla" check out Bebo's or La Cueva del Mar, both on Calle Loiza. You won't be disappointed!
Old San Juan is a 10-minute car ride away. You can't miss this historic part of the city! It will amaze you to see the beautiful colonial architecture and sights like El Morro castle, which dates back to the 16th century. If you're looking for nightlife, you're at the right place with La Factoria and other cool bars on the San Sebastian street.
