This home has been in my husband's family since his parents' purchased it in 1975. We decided to keep the home and rent it out seasonally to folks looking for some winter warmth and sunshine!
Lorna & Walter Riedle purchased this condo in 1975
This small and pleasant community is a little gem, tucked away, but well located for travel to points east, west and I-95 . Shopping and restaurants are only 0.5 miles away, and the condo is an easy walk to the solar heated pool, spa and clubhouse, approximately 200 yards away. Walk the 'circle' in the evenings or in the early morning. It is a great way to meet and greet other residents or guests.
Originally we were only going to stay in FL for one month, FEB. But we're so glad we decided to take this rental for 3 months! Walt and Lorna are lovely owners and they have provided a very comfortable place.
Our time here confirmed that we enjoy being snowbirds and we are now trying to buy our own place - otherwise we would be coming back!
Pros: The patio is wonderful and we enjoyed grilling out; the updated kitchen has all you need, baths have great towels, nice sheets for the beds.
Cons: spotty Internet, TVs a bit outdated, and we would have preferred a firm King bed
Property: A beautiful property with an active social committee / the pool is perfect! Many people walking around the circle which is a half mile.
Location: Very convenient - great restaurants like Pearls, Dune Deck, and Olde Key Lime House, and a little further is Hurricane Alley. Our favorite beach was Lake Worth just 5 mins away, has more parking and just what a beach should be.
This property was a very good fit for us and for our many guests that visited to escape the horrid winter!
