This villa backs up to the sun-sparkling waters of Calibogue Sound and the edge of the 18th green of the famed Harbour Town Golf Links...perfect for the Heritage! All rooms have water/and or golf course views. Watch sunsets, yachts sailing into the harbor, dolphins swimming in the sound, and golfers photographed on the 18th green.

This villa is a spacious 2100 square feet on a single level – perfect for the whole family. The layout is perfect for a family of 6. The villa boasts stylish upscale furniture and neutral décor with splashes of color. It is awash in natural light. A true home away from home.

The living room has a plush sofa, a large chair and ottoman, 2 comfy chairs, a 50 inch Plasma television, and Blu ray player with Netflix and Pandora connection.

The master bedroom has a new Stearns and Foster king bed, a sitting area, 48' flat screen TV, and a private bathroom with whirlpool tub and shower. As a bonus the master bedroom has a desk and leather chair for work or study. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds, flat screen TV, and a private bathroom with tub. The 3rd bedroom has a new Stearns and Foster Queen bed, small flat screen TV, a bathroom with shower, and view of the 18th green and Calibogue Sound. All bedrooms have flat screen televisions. The laundry room has a full size washer/dryer.

The kitchen is fully appointed with every major appliance and kitchen gadget, solid surface countertops with an adjoining dining area. The covered veranda which overlooks the 18th green of Harbour Town Golf Links and Calibogue Sound has a table and 6 chairs. You can enjoy a meal will family or friends on the outdoor patio overlooking the golf course and water - you will really enjoy this view while having morning coffee!

The fantastic shops, restaurants, recreation, and entertainment of Harbour Town are just steps from this Villa. The Sea Pines Beach Club is 5 minutes away via trolley or car.

Other amenities include access to the Harbour Town tennis, golf, and swimming facilities (fee required), discount bike rentals, beach access, walking distance to jet ski, sail boat, paddle board, and kayak rentals.

Perfect spot

The Lighthouse Villa was the perfect spot for my husband & I and our three grown children. We loved the quiet location, harbor views and the use of the Sea Pines Beach Club (top notch). The villa is very comfortable and nicely decorated. We spent a lot of time at the beach, but also enjoyed walks around Harbor Town and through the Sea Pines Forest Preserve. We were very happy with our stay.

Even better than we expected

Perfect location/beautiful villa/owners think of everything. Robin was easy to communicate with and the place was even nicer than it looked in pictures. They included everything there to make it an easy stay - lots of towels/pillows/small washing machine/dishwasher detergent...The place was spotless and the stocked kitchen allowed us to make a full Thanksgiving dinner. Like everyone else, our favorite part was the balcony. Best view of sound and the 18th hole of the golf course. I can't wait to return!!!

This is a pristine property in a great location overlooking the 18th green of the Heritage course. It's just a short walk from the Harbor Town lighthouse and village. This condo has everything needed for a comfortable and restful stay.

Amazing views!

Our visit to this villa was perfect! We came in after the hurricane came through and the weather couldn't have been better. Cool in the mornings and evenings. We biked, spent time on the beach, and tried some restaurants new to us in Bluffton. We ate breakfast out on the balcony of the condo which overlooked the sound. At night you could see the moon reflected in the water. Love this condo!
