I bought this property because it was a one of a kind property. It was two units combined in one place. We loved the open living feel. Industrial loft setting with modern contemporary accents. I LOVE the location with easy access to downtown events with out the hassle of a car.

This is an amazing way to enjoy downtown Denver. Great space and great location. Finding the key to get into the garage is a bit tough. However, everything else was amazing

Excellent Denver Experience

We had a group of five adults visiting Denver for a convention held at the convention center. The loft had more than enough space for us and was very conveniently located, walking distance to Upper Highlands and Lodo. The free 16th Street bus made getting to the conference simple. We did not use the rental bikes, as it was a little cold outside, but they are a really cool feature in Denver, and there is a rack at the property. The photos can hardly do such a beautiful loft justice. When we arrived, everything was clean and tidy. The second set of keys were not in the loft, but the owner was quick to locate them and brought them to us personally. The park across the street was a great place to walk, relax and toss around a football. I would highly recommend renting this property to others. There are countless excellent restaurants around, only a few of which we had time to try. Mona's was excellent for brunch. Ink coffee shop is just downstairs, and was a convenient stop on the way to our conference every morning. William and Graham is a speakeasy bar that had lots of unique cocktails. Great Divide Brewery was a great place to try some local brews.
