**************Apartment Description*********

The layout and Space of this apartment is unique in that there is a separated Kitchen and Living room which gives you two areas to hang out in. The Bedrooms are also on opposite sides of the living room. It has a main bedroom Ensuite Bath & a second washroom with walk in shower in the main apartment.

The Whole place was renovated in November 2014 after a flood with new flooring and paint. We also added 2' wooden slat blinds on all the windows which, alone, cost of over $5k.. Everything in the apartment is top quality and is set up and designed to target corporate rentals. It has been popular with movie studios, one of whom took it for a year and Coca Cola rented it in the run up to the Olympics.

The concrete Building is only 13 years old so It has excellent sound proofing and amenities.

I take pride in making sure my place is spotless for all guests - professionally cleaned before and after each visitor as well as weekly for guests staying over 7 days. All the sheets are thrown out each quarter and replaced with brand new, just to keep things fresh.

The Apartment has a full Gym, which is quite large, well stocked with modern equipment and has a small yoga space, a Sauna and a Steam Room. There is a secure gated parking space with the Apartment which is located on the first level of the Underground, so easy Access.

Why Owner chose Central and Downtown Vancouver

Even though the building is only 13 years old I upgraded pretty much everything with Maple Floors, 2' Wooden Slat blinds, high quality Artwork and all bedding replaced with new each quarter.

Amazing location

Perfect place to stay if you want to tour the city! (Short) walking distance to Granville Island, BC place, Robson St and Yaletown. Tons of great restaurants and super safe at night! Would stay again in a heartbeat, the condo was perfect for a small group. Connor is available for any info you may need about the area and its amenities. Thanks Connor!!!!

Excellent Stay in Vancouver

I stayed with my family in this apartment during a visit to Vancouver. It was very conveniently located, very clean and comfortable. The owner was very easy to work with and answers all questions promptly. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Great Downtown Location but a few issues need to be addressed by the owner

We had a great trip and were overall happy with the apt the location was excellent.A couple of things we want to mention

1 Re the check in instructions- we received these details on the Home Away app and were told where to collect the apt key. When we arrived at this location there was no key to collect I phoned Conor to be told that those instructions were incorrect and outdated and had not been used in over a year. He then gave me the correct address of where to pick up the key. I suggest that future clients be sent only correct check in details.

2. There were five people in our party and only five towels were provided There is a washing machine and dryer but one towel per person is certainly not adequate.

3.There is a very small box room for one person, this bedroom has no storage facility bar a tiny unit with two shelves, no shelving or wardrobe and no fan. The other two bedrooms were fine but not that one, storage space is essential in any room.

4. There is a ceiling light fitting in the living room but none of the bulbs were working and it was too high for us to reach to replace the bulbs.

Perfect!

Wonderful high rise centrally located. Bedrooms are small but functional. Our 7 year old grandson slept in the very small 3rd bedroom and was very happy. We walked just about every where. Small grocery around the corner and also good coffee shop. Owner was so helpful with all our needs.

Clean, good location

Towels were great, comfortable beds, kitchen items were enough to create a meal, owner engaged in making your stay as comfortable as possible. Getting your car out of the garage may be a bit tricky. Wonderful. Many thanks!

The Apartment is really very well situated in that you can easily walk to the Yaletown bars, Robson Street Shopping or the main beach within 5 minutes. Staying in any of those areas means a lengthy walk to the others so a central location is just so convenient.

The Davy village shops, restaurants and food-markets are less than a 2 minute walk while the main city cinema, the Scotiabank theatre, is about 3 blocks away. While the Davy street bars are close they are far enough that you will have more peace at night than the Yaletown or Granville street locations, which are packed until the early hours. You can be home from those bars in less than 5 or 10 minutes when you do call it a night!

Soundproofing in the apartment is also excellent so there is very little street noise.
