Sea Pines is the largest and best known of the Island’s vacation destinations, this 5,000-acre resort includes the Harbour Town Links of the RBC Heritage fame, as well as Hilton Head’s iconic candy-striped lighthouse. Guided horseback rides with Lawton Stables Equestrian Center take guests into the 605-acre forest preserve, while the bustling marinas at South Beach and Harbour Town offer shopping, dolphin cruises, kayak rentals and sunset dinners. Sea Pines is bordered by both the Atlantic Ocean and the Calibogue Sound, providing miles of unspoiled beachfront access.

great house great location
we loved the location of this house..it's at the end of the street and right off the walking path to the beach. maybe a 2/3 minute walk down to the beach. and the end of the street location made for some great basketball playing in the street (neighbors hoop). the house has plenty of sleeping space and we really loved how big the living room is. There is plenty of seating. We were 2 families with kids, 2 grandparents and a dog and there was plenty of space. the kitchen is a bit narrow but makes for a very efficient work space and the long counter top that separates the dining area is a great space to lay out the food. We loved the screened in porch too. Unfortunately it was too cold for us to use the pool. Wish it was heated. Overall, the house was perfect for us my only suggestions would be to replace the carpets as they are a bit worn out and maybe provide some basic beach supplies (chairs, umbrella, cooler). would definately go back.
Happy New Year - we are so happy to hear that you enjoyed your stay in Hilton Head with us. This home does not have a pool heater, but please let us know when you would like to return and we will be more than happy to check our inventory for a home with a heated pool! We work hand-in-hand with the owners and will pass on the information regarding the carpets.
We hope to see you in the future!
Ok. Needs work.
While we enjoyed our stay, the property has some issues. The downstairs area is very nice, obviously the most recent area renovated. The upstairs living area is another matter. Some of the furniture is soiled or very noticeably worn (chair in the master bedroom). The chairs in the dining area were once very nice but suffer from soiling. There has been water damage to the floor outside the bathroom closest to the living area. Dishwasher and refrigerator are both old and have issues. The counter top in the kitchen has separated from the backsplash leaving a significant gap. Cabinets are old and outdated with noticeable wear. Upstairs needs an update like the downstairs. The house is in a great location just older. Air conditioner makes a loud grating noise whenever the fan motor kicks in (very annoying). Bedspread in master bedroom needs replacing. It's soiled and doesn't appear to have been laundered in awhile. We put it along with the decorative pillows in the closet when we arrived. Pool area is old also needs some updating. Carpeting on the stairway needs to be cleaned. Hardwood steps would be more practical.
Comfortable fun week
Plenty of room for 4 couples, 2 teens and a baby. Walk to beach easy. Very clean. The only bad thing is the pool and the area. Pool is discolored and the air conditioner is very noisy and loud.
My biggest complaint is the extra $300+ charged by homeAway to give my name to Wyndham Agency who did the booking and charged for it.
Our family of 12 had a very relaxing week here and enjoyed all the house had to offer. The living, eating and sleeping quarters were spacious enough for us. Walk to beach not bad and the pvt pool was Relaxing. Very nice home and in a good location at Sea Pines.
