Our building features a private pool, on-site laundry, elevator, bike racks, a gated entrance, and convenient parking. A stay at our condo also includes passes to a nearby fitness center including an indoor heated pool and hot tub. With a queen bed, single bunk, and pull-out couch, this fully furnished condo is just right for a single individual, couple, or family with younger children.

About Nicole Landry

My husband and I lived in the Hilton Head area our first five years together before a job opportunity brought us to Charlotte, NC. We have 2 boys, ages 13 and 11. We come back to Hilton Head several times each year and always love it!

Why Nicole Landry chose Island Areas

There is so much to do on Hilton Head. The beaches are beautiful! Our boys really enjoy the tide pools that form along the beach. I am a wildlife lover. I could watch the seabirds all day, and of course a dolphin sighting is always great! My husband is an avid golfer. He has played almost every course on the island!

What makes this condo unique

As soon as we walked into this condo, we could see ourselves relaxing on the balcony and enjoying the ocean view! It is in a great location, rigth on the beach and really close to everything else Hilton Head offers.....the beach, golf, water sports and boating, dining, night life, the list goes on!

Great Stay!

My fiancée and I stayed here for 3 nights and we loved it. It was very clean and well stocked. It is so close to the beach and has a beautiful ocean view from the balcony. Nicole was such a great host and was available whenever we needed her. She gave us great restaurant and bike rental suggestions! We had a great time at the very nearby Coligny Plaza & Beach Park, loved the bike paths, and enjoyed many great restaurants including The Smokehouse, Market Street Café, The Crazy Crab, Giuseppi's, and more! Overall, it was a wonderful stay. We would definitely recommend this condo!

Great Location

This property is in an ideal location - you can walk to beach, to shopping and dining and even to a beach front tiki bar. Very nice view and porch to relax on. We didn't get a chance to use the pool b/c we had rain while there. Quaint unit with everything we needed. Our 7 yr-old enjoyed his bunk, but can see he would outgrow it in a few years. Owner very easy to work with. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Excellent location!

HHI is one of our favorite vacation destinations. This condo is a fantastic location for all you want to do on HHI. It's perfect for spending time in the Coligny area! We brought our own bikes, rode them all over the island and the beach. There is a great view from the balcony of condo. We loved having beach access from the condo as well! Condo is cozy as it small but very nice. It was my husband, daughter and I. We had plenty of space, as we weren't there a lot, mainly to sleep. Thanks for another great vacation HHI!

Condo was small but clean. Everything was very dated

Bed dipped in the middle. Sheets were clean but worn, faded, and pilled. Pillows were old, yellowed as were pillowcases. Bathroom linens were nice

Owner's Response: I try to keep everything in my condo nice for my guests. I am replacing a number of worn things this week. I have also bought a new, high-quality bed. It's important to me that my guests enjoy their stay. I wish this guest had let me know about the things with which she was dissatisfied. I would have taken steps to correct them during her visit.

Great getaway

This is the 3rd winter I've spent here, and I see no reason to stop now. Clean & comfortable, right on the beach, plenty of places to stop for food & drink within walking distance. Nicole is easy to deal with, and quick to respond to any questions or requests. I'll be back again in 2018!
