The beach closet is stocked. Chairs, beach towels, umbrella, buckets, shovels, coolers, and gear. Sometimes, folks walk away with items but most of the time you’ll find all the gear you need for a perfect beach vacation.

We visited for years and discovered the BEST of the area. Great beaches, resort amenities, tons to do, and amazing restaurants.
What makes this Townhome unique
Miramar Beach is unique. Far enough west to escape the crowds but not sleepy like further east. The neighborhood is a combination of year round residents and vacationing families- Family friendly but not sleepy. Inside, the home is clean, simple, and comforting. The Master Bedroom has fresh linens, pillows and a resort quality king mattress. The ensuite bathroom has a shower and walk-in closet. The second bedroom has two twin beds and a full bathroom across the hallway. The kitchen is fully equipped. It may even have a few items you wish you had at home. Very few Seascape rentals offer a private courtyard with a gas grill. Dad can show his BBQ prowess on our gas grill while the ladies relax. The beach closet is stocked. We leave our chairs, umbrellas, buckets, shovels, coolers, and gear. Sometimes, folks walk away with our goods, but most of the time you’ll find all the gear you need for a perfect beach vacation.

A real treat!
We had such a lovely relaxing time when we spent spring break there. Everything was clean, well stocked, and there are lots of little things like night lights, an outdoor heated shower, and loads of closet space. Plus the owners are very responsive and helpful if you need assistance. We definitely hope to stay there again!

A breath of fresh air...
This is the nicest property we have stayed in at the beach!
The place is well kept and the FAMILY who owns this gem, CARES! It's their vacation home as well.
It's well decorated and plenty of room for you and your stuff.
The directions for when you first arrive are a little tricky so we suggest you pay attention to the email details because you can't get in the back gate until you get the gate key provided once you get to the town home.
The wifi is a community free wifi so it tends to be slow at times, but the family is working to fix this.
The outside closet is full of beach stuff such as beach chairs, footballs, skim boards, boogie boards, children's floaties, several tube floaties, beach towels, umbrella, sand toys, coolers, etc. You can walk to the beach out the back gates or you can load up your car with all your goodies and drive to the lot that is within the community.
The kitchen has all the amenities you need and in excellent working order, check the cabinet above the dish washer for simple condiments, ie: salt, pepper, coffee (we didn't catch this until the last night). If you forget anything, there's a pizza joint, beach store and a coffee/sandwich shop a block east of the back entrance and a Wynn Dixie about a 1.5 miles west of the back entrance.
We know you'll enjoy your stay here, we DID!
A Week In Paradise!
My family just spent a week in Miramar Beach. We had a great time and this property was the perfect location. Gated property with our own private parking just steps from the beach. The neighbor was very helpful and the condo was excellent. I would highly recommend this place and plan on staying here again in the future!

This was our 2nd visit to your villa, and it was just as perfect as the 1st. My family really enjoyed staying at your house. Everything you need is there. My inlaws were staying at another property and were jealous of how nice your house was updated. The outdoor closet is so stocked with beach equipment you won't need to bring anything with you. I highly recomend staying here!!! Thanks again!! We'll see you next year!
Excellent service, beautiful condo!
I highly recommend this condo and renting from this owner. He was very accommodating to our needs. The next door neighbor was very sweet and greeted us every morning as we headed to the beach for the day. One of the beach umbrellas was broken, so she bought another one for us that very day! Hopefully we'll be able to make it back again next summer.
