We renovated the entire unit 2 years ago. Not easy but it came out great thanks to Heather Lollie Designs. We wanted clean, simple, and comfortable and Heather delivered.
You will park in your private covered parking space and step into to a large living room perfect for after beach drinks or board games with the kids.
The Master Bedroom is located on the opposite side of the retreat. There is a king bed and glass sliders that escape to a fenced in courtyard the runs the length of the home. The Master also has it's own bathroom with walk in closet and custom shower.
The Second Bedroom is freshly decorated with two clean double beds. The second Bathroom is across the hall with a bathtub/shower and the Washer and Dryer. All beds have zippered mattress covers and fresh linens purchased in 2014.
Granite countertops throughout the kitchen are supplemented with brand new appliances and kitchenware.

The Retreat superfecta within walking distance was huge. Tennis, Pool, Golf, and Beach. With the age of our Children the Pool is great too.
In Miramar Beach you have the best of several communities within a short drive. Easy access to Watercolor and Santa Rosa Beach, Baytowne Wharf, and Destin.

I highly recommend this condo and renting from this owner. He was very accommodating to our needs. The next door neighbor was very sweet and greeted us every morning as we headed to the beach for the day. One of the beach umbrellas was broken, so she bought another one for us that very day! Hopefully we'll be able to make it back again next summer.
My family and I stayed in this wonderful condo for our first trip to the beach. This was also our first time using VRBO, so I wasn't sure what to expect. The owner was fantastic to work with. He was prompt returning messages, and available for any questions I had. The condo itself was so clean and very homelike. It was very well stocked! The community is quiet and clean as well. The beach was a short walk from the condo, and we opted to do that instead of drive to the private car lot for the community. The beach was gorgeous!! I can't say enough good things about this condo and the vacation. Highly recommend for anyone!!
What a wonderful experience! Jeff (the owner) responds to emails very quickly and very easy to work with! The unit has modern decor/upgrades while still maintaining that cozy feel. There is no carpet (which I feel is a huge plus) and flooring has an upgraded tile throughout entire unit. We loved that each bedroom closet had so many extra bath towels and blankets. The patio (although we did not access during our visit), has a wood fence that provides complete privacy with plenty of modern seating and a Weber grill. There is even a shower out there! The outside closet in front of unit is filled with extra beach towels, toys, golf clubs, and beach chairs. The unit is easy in-and-out with a partial covered parking right outside your door.
The neighbors are very friendly and the immediate next door neighbor, who helps with any questions, is wonderful to talk to. This is a quiet neighborhood(we loved that!), so keep that in mind when booking. I traveled with my husband and 2 teens (age 14) girls. They loved to roam the grounds with all its plentiful pools, ponds, nature in the evenings. Although we didn't access them, the tennis courts are literally a house away. One of our other favorite features is that the ocean was so close. There is a private place to park directly across the beach within the complex. We would park, unload and then carry our gear to the beach. So convenient and easy. The drive is about 2 minutes from the unit to the private parking. You could easily skip the private parking and the walk would probably be 4-5 minutes to the beach from the unit.
Emerald Coast Parkway (the main drag) is very close and has literally everything you'll need. Winn Dixie is about 2 miles west for groceries and there are plenty of gas stations, fast food, shopping and restaurants. We drove 10 minutes to The Donut Hole (Santa Rosa) each morning. It's dine-in or carryout.Their pancakes and key lime pie are phenomenal, as well as their donuts. Better get there before 7a or else the line is out the door. Dinner recommendations: Tuscany (Seafood, Italian) is pricey, but worth it. The Red Bar (cash-only in Rosemary Beach ) is also pricey, but a one-of-a-kind experience.
It really was an enjoyable, relaxing stay....worth every penny!

My husband and I have stayed in Seascape many times. We prefer the location to other resorts in the area. We usually stay in a golf villa so this was our first time in a tennis villa. it was very clean and nicely updated and the quietest unit we have stayed in which we appreciated! We hope to return.
Such a beautiful home! The kitchen was very well equipped with quality cookware and dishes, as well as any kitchen 'tool' you may need. The beds were comfortable and all of the areas of the home were very clean!
Any beach item you can imagine is there for your use, which is fantastic for first time beach goers - you don't realize you forgot it until you need it!
