You cannot rent a loft unit directly from the resort. So if you do not want anyone above you in ski boots making noise think about booking a loft unit either this one or one of my others on VRBO

Totally renovated Trail Creek complex. Top two floors so no noise above you. Totally renovated with a king bedroom on the entry floor and a full bath. Full kitchen, dining room, living room, upstairs loft with two twins and a half bath then there is a bedroom with a queen bed and its own full bathroom with marble and granite.

All the TV's are brand new flat screen with DVD players. There are two iPhone docs for the clocks on the night stands, iPod player, wood burning fireplace with unlimited wood supplied close to your unit. Kitchen is fully appointed and stocked with spices and all necessary cooking items

Very close to the amenity building with the hot tubs, pool, pool table, cardio equipment, sauna and locker rooms. Towels are also provided in the pool area.

Better than advertised....

Kim's property at Trail Creek is very well represented by the photos. It is very clean and a bit more updated than some surrounding units. The condo is spacious and the loft area is a key attribute for additional sleeping arrangements. Kim provided a good deal of soaps and paper products. Having a washer and dryer in the unit makes packing much easier. The memory foam bed was firm but comfortable. The kitchen is very well stocked for cooking at home. The unit is next door to the activity center pool and spa. One of the best features of the condo is actually its proximity to a parking spot right out front. Lugging gear to an interior unit would not be fun. We did not use the shuttle which stops right out front since parking was so easy due to low crowds in April. Nor did we ski home but I saw some folks who did.

We had a very nice time in Killington, thanks Kim!

Owner's Response: I am glad you found the unit to be very clean this is so important for a guest also yes the location of trail creek units is the best on the mountain with its proximity to the mountain and ski home off snowshed.

Perfect Location

This condo was great location and space for 8. The shuttle was easy to use to get to the mountain and there was a trail that emptied out right behind this unit making it easy to finish the day. Owner was readily available throughout reservation process through the stay to answer any questions about the space. Highly recommend for large groups who are looking to stay close to the mountain!

Wonderful Condo, Great Location

We had a fantastic time at Trail Creek Ski Home! The accommodations were spacious, well kept and clean. We were able to walk to the base lodge in the morning and ski right back to the condo in the afternoon.

We will definitely be booking with Kim again!

Great Ski Weekend

Very pleased with the property and everything we hoped for.

Consistent with the description, the condo was a short (~10 minutes) walk to the ski lifts and accessible via a “ski home” trail.

The condo itself was very clean, we didn’t experience any issues with the amenities, and the fully stocked kitchen made cooking easy.

There was plenty of room for the six of us and the beds were very comfortable.

Would revisit and recommend to anyone visiting Killington.

Great stay

I stayed at #40 for 3 nights while on a ski vacation with my family of 5. The property was just as advertised, although having 8 there would have been tight. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, and utensils. The slopes are only a short walk away, and the ski home trail brought you very close to home. If you have small children or beginner skiers, the trail could be a little too narrow but it's very convenient.

We used the hot tub every night and usually had it to ourselves. Unfortunately, the sauna was out of order. Overall, a really fun time skiing and relaxing.

Couldn’t be better!

So comfortable and so pleasant!

Enjoyed every aspect of this condo.

Have stayed in Kim’s spots in Trail Creek before and would not want to try any others!

The condo is top notch and the proximity is fantastic. We never used our car from arrival to departure! Only negative was the treadmill was not working in the rec center but that was just a good excuse not to bother working out!
