Condo Summary:

Welcome to Breckenridge and our Blazing Saddles home.

Our one bedroom condo is located right downtown, with excellent access to both Main Street and skiing. We're ski-in off the 4 o'clock ski run and just 1/2 block to Main Street. Just cross the bridge and you’re there! You can’t get any closer.

As you walk in to our condo, you’ll enter the great room for the condo with combination living room/dining room. Our condo is very large for a one bedroom – in fact, over 800 sq feet, so you’ll have plenty of room for your stay. Living area has leather furniture, daybed, comfy leather sofa and loveseat & fantastic view out to the Blue River, Main Street and Baldy Mountain. Our condo is managed totally by the owner and used as a weekend get-away. It’s well furnished and very 'homey.' Lots of extras, including FREE wireless internet and unique decor by local Colorado artist.

The dining area will accommodate 6 and the condo features a full kitchen with everything you’ll need for your stay - refrigerator, microwave, range, dishwasher.

The bedroom is very roomy. There are two queen size beds in the bedroom, modern mountain décor, and views once again out towards Main Street. Our condo also has a full size washer and dryer for your convenience. Bathroom has been updated with tile and bronze fixtures. All linens are included for your stay.

We simply have the best location in town. We’re ski-in off the 4 o’clock ski run, just ski all the way to the bottom of the run and you’re home. Shuttle stops are also located in front of the building, accessing both Peak 8 and Peak 9. We’re located next to the Riverwalk Center, smack in the middle of town. Cross over the Blue River bridge and you’re in the center of action for everything that Breckenridge has to offer – summer and winter. You won’t need a car. Everything you need is just steps away from your condo and we never get tired of the amazing views.

What we like most about the condo is the location and the cozy mountain feel. It truly feels like a vacation “home” instead of a “condo”. We’ve now moved up to the Mountain and live about 15 minutes away from Breckenridge, but we still go “on vacation” to our Breckenridge home away from home. We hope that you enjoy your stay with us.

Hello! I'm Patty with Breckenridge Rental and Colorado Mountain Real Estate & Rentals. I left the corporate world about 10 years ago and escaped to the mountains to start my own rental and real estate business. This is my personal condo and I'd love to host you in our fun little town for a few days.

Why Patty chose Historic District

I love my condo. In fact, I've now moved to the mountains and live in a home about 15 miles away, but I just can't part from my condo and come here about twice a year simple fo a week's "stay vacation" - highly recommended by the way! This condo is perfect for what I was looking for. Ski-in, just 1/2 block to Main and perfect for enjoying both winter and summer in Breck!

What makes this condo unique

Location! Location! Location! It's so true. It's the location of my condo that gets me excited to visit Breck. In winter (yes, it's COLD!), I love being so close to Main and literally living closer than most people can park to access Breckenridge shops and restaurants. We're also right by the Riverwalk Center for easy access to events, including Snow Sculptures (my personal favorite) in the winter and concerts throughout the summer. We're also right at the bottom of the 4 o'clock ski run and on the free shuttle route, so easy access to the Mountain and around town. What else can you want?

Great place!

My wife and I stayed over President’s Day weekend. This unit is ski out and just a short shuttle ride from the lifts. Additionally, the ski rental place is downstairs which was really convenient. No need to drive at all. Main Street is a stone’s throw away. Loved it!

Nice Location

The pedestrian bridge behind the unit gave very easy walking access to the main street. Also, the grocery store was just down the street.

There was plenty of room for our family of six.

The owner and condo were both nice.

Great location and very comfortable! Patty was very accessible and helpful. For me, the only thing that was missing was an A/C. I like it cold when I sleep.

Owner's Response: Steve, Hello! Thanks for your review. Yes, most condos do not have air conditioning in Breckenridge - we are at 9600 ft elevation, so it's usually pretty cool at night. Please note that I do have a floor model evaporative humidifier in the bedroom that has a cooling effect. Crack open the window and fire up the humidifier and you should be all set. Perfect Location - We will stay here again.

Patty was an excellent host. She was very responsive and made everything so smooth. The condo had everything we needed for our stay and was super nice. The condo It was in a perfect location. You could walk to either the peak 9 base (shortest walk) the snowflake lift, or the gondola. And at the end of your day you could ski down the four o clock run which ended across the street from the condo. Also, the condo is like a 50 yard walk to town. We will definitely look at staying here again our next trip to breck.

Blazing Saddles

Our family has been staying at this location for the past fourteen years. We would not even consider staying at another property during our annual vacation to Summit County. The owner could not be any more helpful, friendly, or accommodating. The location is absolutely perfect--sitting atop the Blue River,next door to the Blue River Plaza and park, the Breckenridge Riverwalk Performing Arts Center, ski lifts and Main Street. Virtually everything in the town of Breckenridge is a short walk. No need for driving. The interior of the condo is updated and charming with great amenities. This condo boasts a great view of the Blue River, park, Main Street, and mountains. Falling asleep to the sound of the rushing river below, will confirm that this is the ideal location to stay with your family or friends when visiting beautiful Breckenridge.

Cozy, relaxing and a great location!

We had a wonderful time at this place. The owner was very helpful and friendly. We stayed in one night with a movie and ordered from Windy City Pizza, which was delicious. The other night we walked downtown and enjoyed a lovely dinner at Relish. This place is perfect for a family vacation or a group of girl friends that want some time away. It was very easy to access the shuttle to Breckenridge ski resort. We would definitely stay here again. We loved it!
