The ultimate Colorado vacation experience can be yours at Indiana Creek Lodge. Tucked away 1 mile south of Breckenridge, this multi-million dollar custom built home is a true gem with log cabin ambiance that will set the mood for a perfect family vacation and many special memories.

Our private vacation home is located just a mile south of downtown Breckenridge within a five minute drive of the ski slopes. We love our location in that we are closer than most homes 'in-town' and definitely closer to the action than homes off Peak 7 or Peak 8, which also require you to drive to the slopes. We can zip into town in just a few minutes and either park at the Gondola lot (we have a free parking pass you can use) or drop off skiers at Peak 9. Easy access!

After skiing, return to your mountain home featuring 3 bedrooms and a sleeping loft with an abundance of space for groups of up to twelve guests. Spread over multiple levels, the Indiana Creek Lodge is an ideal lodging choice for Breckenridge visitors wanting a true mountain retreat in a peaceful setting that is only minutes from all of the Breckenridge attractions.

Set under vaulted ceilings that add a feeling of space and allow for massive windows, the main level living room offers comfortable furnishings centered on a fireplace and flat screen television with access to the large deck and private hot tub just off of the living area. Open to the living room, the dining area with two tables plus a breakfast bar attached to the adjacent kitchen that features granite countertops and upscale appliances.

Indiana Creek Lodge has three bedroom and a sleeping loft, with a master suite on the main level and two additional bedrooms and a sleeping loft in the upper level. Furnished with a King bed, the master bedroom includes a private bathroom with a soaking tub and stall shower. Overlooking the living room is a loft area equipped with a Twin bed plus a Twin Trundle to accommodate two guests. Off of the loft are two large bedrooms, both have Two Twin beds with one offering a King and the other a Queen (accommodating up to four guests in each bedroom).

Residence has on-site caretaker to maintain home and grounds. Caretaker is also available for concierge services. Please contact us for more details.

House Rules:

Renters and guests agree to the following terms and conditions for all bookings:

No Smoking.

No Pets.

MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT: Minimum age requirement for renters and occupants is 27 years of age, unless accompanied by parents or legal guardian.

MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: Max Occupancy with adults and children is 12. Note that this includes 6 twin size beds.

ADDITIONAL CHARGE PER GUEST OVER 8: There is a per night additional charge of $25 per guest over 8. The additional charges will be collected prior to arrival if not included in the reservation upon booking.

RENTER DAMAGES: Renters will be responsible for any property damages incurred during their stay. Damages will be taken from the security deposit or charged to the credit card used for the reservation.

CLEANING SERVICE: Home does not offer daily cleaning services. All towels and linens are provided for your stay. We also have a washer and dryer in the home. If daily or mid-week cleaning services are desired, these can be accommodated at an additional cost.

One time cleaning fee applies to each reservation. This cleaning fee is for standard cleaning and linens. Cleaning service will charge a fee for excessive cleaning required and if charged, this fee will be the responsibility of the renter and will be charged to the credit card used for the reservation.

NON-SMOKING UNIT: This is a non smoking unit and property. We have a NO TOLERANCE policy when it comes to smoking in the home, garage, decks and grounds. Any smoking in the unit or on the property will be subject to an immediate $1000 fine and will be accessed to the credit card used on the reservation. This fine is subject for smoking remnants as well as cigarette or pot odors. Additional fees may be charged if carpet cleaning and/or dry cleaning is needed to remove smoke odors. We want everyone to have a good time, but not at the expense of the cleaning company, property owner or our next guest's comfort in arriving to a clean unit. Appreciate your understanding.

LIABILITY WAIVER: Property owners, cleaning company and rental management company will not be responsible for accidents, damages or injury to renters using the property.

FALSIFIED RESERVATIONS. Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment, deposit and/or rental money, and the party will not be permitted to check-in. This includes mis-stating number of adults and children to be occupying the property. Max number of adults and children on any given night should be property stated on the reservation.

Great place with amazing views. Everything you need is there and close to Breck. Even saw Moose

Place was amazing. Views are unreal and the house has everything you need and more. Beds, shower, and jacuzzi were awesome. We even saw a mother Moose and her baby walked though the yard. Unbelievable! Would highly recommend.

Beautiful mountain retreat!

We really enjoyed this beautiful retreat in Breckenridge for a family get-together/45th wedding anniversary. It was just so comfortable and roomy for 7 of us. Maximum of 12 would still be comfortable. There is no AC but that is probably rarely needed. We had 2 warm days and Nathan, the caretaker, kindly brought us 3 brand new box fans. One family loved the hot tub which was on a private deck. Kitchen had everything we needed with drawers labeled and the outdoor grill worked well. Plenty of seating on the main deck and we enjoyed board games at the table. So nice that many games and puzzles were provided. The master bed is very tall and we oldies had a little trouble getting in and out. The garage access and parking was very convenient. We just loved the logs and decor of the home. Everything was in perfect order when we arrived and very clean. Would love to return some day. Thanks, Patty and Nathan, for your help in making our vacation so wonderful.

Gorgeous Colorado Cabin Experience

The Indiana Creek home is top notch from the fabulous ski slope views to the gourmet kitchen. This log cabin has it all. Our family had a reunion here, and from the moment we booked, the process was first rate. Both Judy and Nathan were quick to respond to emails, and they initiated contact in a timely manner. Judy even checked mid vacation to see how our trip was going. The great room had plenty of seating for all guests, a rarity in many VRBO homes. The dining table easily sat the whole family, allowing us time to sit and discuss the day. Beds and linens were comfortable. The home was clean. I wouldn't hesitate to rebook a vacation at this home and would gladly recommend it to our friends and family. The only factors keeping it from being a 5 star rating ( I would like to rate it 4.5) is that the dishwasher would not run properly (and the facilities manager knew of the problem since there were instructions on trying to get it to run at all), some windows were not allowed to open and it was warm at night, and the fire pit that was a work of art on the deck was off limits. What a great place!

Amazing mountain home and view, large but cozy

We chose this unique log cabin home for or family vacation in the mountains and couldn't have been more pleased. Though large with lots of room to spread out, the furniture and decor made the home warm and cozy. We loved sitting on the deck enjoying the mountain view. An absolutely memorable experience. The kitchen had everything we needed, and we were close enough to be able to walk to Breckinridge.
