The ultimate Colorado vacation experience can be yours at Indiana Creek Lodge. Tucked away 1 mile south of Breckenridge, this multi-million dollar custom built home is a true gem with log cabin ambiance that will set the mood for a perfect family vacation and many special memories.

Our private vacation home is located just a mile south of downtown Breckenridge within a five minute drive of the ski slopes. We love our location in that we are closer than most homes 'in-town' and definitely closer to the action than homes off Peak 7 or Peak 8, which also require you to drive to the slopes. We can zip into town in just a few minutes and either park at the Gondola lot (we have a free parking pass you can use) or drop off skiers at Peak 9. Easy access!

After skiing, return to your mountain home featuring 3 bedrooms and a sleeping loft with an abundance of space for groups of up to twelve guests. Spread over multiple levels, the Indiana Creek Lodge is an ideal lodging choice for Breckenridge visitors wanting a true mountain retreat in a peaceful setting that is only minutes from all of the Breckenridge attractions.

Set under vaulted ceilings that add a feeling of space and allow for massive windows, the main level living room offers comfortable furnishings centered on a fireplace and flat screen television with access to the large deck and private hot tub just off of the living area. Open to the living room, the dining area with two tables plus a breakfast bar attached to the adjacent kitchen that features granite countertops and upscale appliances.

Indiana Creek Lodge has three bedroom and a sleeping loft, with a master suite on the main level and two additional bedrooms and a sleeping loft in the upper level. Furnished with a King bed, the master bedroom includes a private bathroom with a soaking tub and stall shower. Overlooking the living room is a loft area equipped with a Twin bed plus a Twin Trundle to accommodate two guests. Off of the loft are two large bedrooms, both have Two Twin beds with one offering a King and the other a Queen (accommodating up to four guests in each bedroom).

Residence has on-site caretaker to maintain home and grounds. Caretaker is also available for concierge services. Please contact us for more details.

House Rules:

Renters and guests agree to the following terms and conditions for all bookings:

No Smoking.

No Pets.

MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT: Minimum age requirement for renters and occupants is 27 years of age, unless accompanied by parents or legal guardian.

MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: Max Occupancy with adults and children is 12. Note that this includes 6 twin size beds.

ADDITIONAL CHARGE PER GUEST OVER 8: There is a per night additional charge of $25 per guest over 8. The additional charges will be collected prior to arrival if not included in the reservation upon booking.

RENTER DAMAGES: Renters will be responsible for any property damages incurred during their stay. Damages will be taken from the security deposit or charged to the credit card used for the reservation.

CLEANING SERVICE: Home does not offer daily cleaning services. All towels and linens are provided for your stay. We also have a washer and dryer in the home. If daily or mid-week cleaning services are desired, these can be accommodated at an additional cost.

One time cleaning fee applies to each reservation. This cleaning fee is for standard cleaning and linens. Cleaning service will charge a fee for excessive cleaning required and if charged, this fee will be the responsibility of the renter and will be charged to the credit card used for the reservation.

NON-SMOKING UNIT: This is a non smoking unit and property. We have a NO TOLERANCE policy when it comes to smoking in the home, garage, decks and grounds. Any smoking in the unit or on the property will be subject to an immediate $1000 fine and will be accessed to the credit card used on the reservation. This fine is subject for smoking remnants as well as cigarette or pot odors. Additional fees may be charged if carpet cleaning and/or dry cleaning is needed to remove smoke odors. We want everyone to have a good time, but not at the expense of the cleaning company, property owner or our next guest's comfort in arriving to a clean unit. Appreciate your understanding.

LIABILITY WAIVER: Property owners, cleaning company and rental management company will not be responsible for accidents, damages or injury to renters using the property.

FALSIFIED RESERVATIONS. Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment, deposit and/or rental money, and the party will not be permitted to check-in. This includes mis-stating number of adults and children to be occupying the property. Max number of adults and children on any given night should be property stated on the reservation.

Property was exceptional.

The property was exceptional on all levels. Functionally the layout and the facility was ideal for our family of 5. The house was well equipped and everything was in working order. Aesthetically the home was professionally done and beautiful. The pictures well represent the property. Easy location to town yet out of the confusion. Great memories were created on our visit. Agent was efficient as was on site staff. This is a good choice!

Absolutely amazing home!

Everything about Indiana Creek Private Log Home was absolutely beautiful! The beds and bedding were very! comfortable! The log interior gives a feeling of being in an log cabin but it is so much more. All the furnishings created a seemingly rustic feeling but the modern conveniences were all there! The kitchen was stocked with everything needed to create a gourmet meal; as well as beautiful table settings. We enjoyed the steam shower and the hot tub in the master bathroom while enjoying the scenic view of the mountain. The views of the mountains are gorgeous. The bedrooms upstairs provided privacy and plenty of space for everyone. We were so thankful to find a high chair, pack n' play and child gate that we used since our 2 year old grand daughter was with us! We enjoyed the outdoor hot tub in the evenings and the beautiful views of the mountains from the deck! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope that we get to stay here again!

Awesome Home

We could not have been more pleased with this spectacular log home! The furnishings were all gorgeous and customized. The home is large, yet very cozy and inviting. The log construction is amazing, as is the huge stone fireplace and the amazing views of the Breckenridge ski area and 10 mile range from almost every room in the house. The kitchen was comprehensively stocked and had modern high end appliances. Everyone in our party found the beds to be very comfortable. We loved sitting in the large hot tub and staring at the mountains or stars at night. We hope to be back every year!

Great Location, Great Views, Great potential, So-So experience

Beautiful home & easy to find. Great Views and rustic/unique interior. Lots of seating for large groups/big meals.

Beds were extremely uncomfortable - not many pillows (with scratchy/wool-like pillow cases). All toilets constantly ran (we had to pull the tops off of two of them a good dozen times throughout the weekend) even with the "handle down" (as the signs advised). Kitchen/bathrooms not really set up adequately - no trash bags - only one roll of paper towels, and each bathroom only had two rolls of toilet paper each.

Ad says it sleeps 12, however the individual beds are extremely small (suitable really only for children).

Nathan was great - he was available for questions at all hours. Hot tub and fire place were very nice as well!

Our entire family loved this home. It was very well equipped, decorated and had an amazing location just south of town. Nathan could not have been more accommodating and helpful. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.
