Welcome to our Comfortable and Convenient 1BR Apartment, centrally located in the Gramercy Park area. Fully furnished and equipped with a comfortable queen size bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and a washer and dryer. Additionally, the apartment has air conditioning and heating, ensuring comfort regardless of the weather. The 50" flat screen TV and free Wi-Fi allow for entertainment and connection. The location is also close to several subway lines, making it easy to get around the city.
The Space:
The 1BR apartment is fully furnished and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, including stylish and modern decor. The bed is comfortable and will ensure you have a good night's sleep. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances such as a refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, coffee maker, and toaster, as well as utensils, dishes and cookware, allowing you to prepare meals and snacks during your stay. The bathroom is also fully equipped with fresh towels. The washer and dryer are also provided, making it easy for you to do your laundry during your stay. The apartment also features air conditioning and heating, ensuring you are comfortable regardless of the weather. The 50" flat screen TV and free Wi-Fi allow for entertainment and staying connected, and the iron/ironing board and hair dryer are also provided for your convenience. This apartment is fully equipped and furnished with all the necessary amenities to make your stay comfortable and convenient.
Please note that New York City's heating season is until the end of May. Beginning around mid-April, we will install window Air Conditioning in the apartment. Please let us know if you would like to request an earlier installation!
Guest Access:
The apartment also has guest access via Latch, a smart lock system that allows guests to enter the apartment using a code or other secure means, rather than a traditional key.
