Santa Fe Oasis is made up of Unit A and B. They comprise a duplex nestled on a small one lane street in the Guadalupe District. This is not a large condo complex....Your home away from home is a 2 bedroom, one bath adobe that has a contemporary remodel. Lots of windows to private courtyard and lots of light streaming into the high ceiling in the living room. There is a wood burning fireplace in the living room that can be seen from the kitchen and dining areas. Radiant heat will keep you cozy on chilly evenings. The kitchen is fully furnished if you wish to stay in. Another perfect oasis after a day in the galleries and museums or ski mountain. Your pet will have his run in a fenced back yard and there is a park nearby with a walking trail downtown and up all the way to the mountains. Many restaurants movies theaters and live theaters are just a walk away. Come enjoy your home away from home.

About Marga Friberg
The owner is a huge fan of St. John's College and all the activities and talks and seminars that they give. She purchased the house to live in as she pursues her Masters there. For now she is living in the midwest pursuing her law career and can't wait to get back here. But in the meantime, she would like to share her home with you between her visits. I am her neighbor in Unit B which I also rent on VRBO and will manage all your needs in renting this lovely space.

5 star review for a 5 star stay
WE got to experience the REAL SANTA FE like a local and with luxury. Will definitely book again
A comfy stay that is close to everything you need. The mattress on the queen size bed is to die for!
So glad you came. Both queen beds have posturpedic mattresses so nobody has to fight over bedrooms!
Please come and stay again!
Cozy Stay in Santa Fe
We enjoyed the proximity to downtown and shops, although it was a bit far for me to walk due to my bad back, so we drove. There is convenient parking for one car right next to the front door. The house is well-appointed and nicely decorated. It is located in a quiet, quaint neighborhood. We appreciated being able to bring our cat with us! For a pet-friendly rental, it didn’t appear to have the typical wear and tear you might expect. We will most likely visit again!
A lovely home with everything we needed. A second bedroom worked well having our son with us. Especially great was the easy walk to the plaza and the farm market and all the areas of the city we wanted to visit. Also, a Trader Joe's is only a five minute drive.
There was also easy access to the highway to explore the amazing sights at Tent Rocks and Bandalier. Santa Fe is great!
Thanks for your comments. Love to have you return. Every season has its beauty...
Downtown Santa Fe Perfect in so many ways
This unit is just perfect in every way. Great location, walk to Plaza, Railyard, restaurants. Clean and comfortable, nicely decorated. outdoor patio is perfect for relaxing after long day of sightseeing. Best part - its pet friendly; our dog enjoyed hanging out on the patio all day while we were out; couldn't have worked out any better. Marge is gracious host.
Thanks! Love to have you all back!
A wonderful place in a magical neighborhood
This was a lovely home located in the fascinating Guadalupe neighborhood of Santa Fe. It's a well-designed, fully equipped two-bedroom one bath condo in the heart of a safe, quite, and esthetically fascinating neighborhood within easy walking distance of the heart of old Santa Fe: the Plaza, the O'Keeffe Museum and other museums. The home itself has the traditional adobe and stucco architecture of Santa Fe and the surrounding neighborhood, but inside is a wonderful modern redo with lots of light, comfortable furnishings, a full kitchen, and all we needed for a comfortable and relaxing three-day stay. There was also easy walking to some great restaurants in the Guadalupe area, from the more up-scale (but affordable and excellent) Joseph's to funky BBQ at the Cowgirl Cafe. Marga was super friendly and informative. In all, we loved the whole experience and definitely plan to come back when we return to Santa Fe.
Thanks so much!!! Love to have you return!!
This condo is in the historic Guadalupe district. This district is just south and west of the downtown with its historic Plaza and galleries and shops and on the edge of the rail yard district with its restaurants and galleries.
