About Marga Friberg
The owner is a huge fan of St. John's College and all the activities and talks and seminars that they give. She purchased the house to live in as she pursues her Masters there. For now she is living in the midwest pursuing her law career and can't wait to get back here. But in the meantime, she would like to share her home with you between her visits. I am her neighbor in Unit B which I also rent on VRBO and will manage all your needs in renting this lovely space.
Marga Friberg purchased this Condo in 2005
Why Marga Friberg chose Guadalupe

Well maintained, clean, convenient location
The house is very nice, quiet, clean, with a good location.
A couple of evenings were quite warm, and the ceiling fans and open windows didn't cool the interior very much. Since driving to the end of the alley to turn the car around is necessary, that is somewhat inconvenient. Overall, we enjoyed our time there.
This is the third time we have stayed at one of Marga places. We loved it. Great location and very walkable. We had one small problem (no ones fault just one of those things). Marga responded very quickly and fixed it. She is great. I enjoy this place so much that when we decided to come back in October her place was the first one we looked at but unfortunately it is not available for the dates we are looking at. If I had any suggestions is to maybe get a bigger coffee pot.
Simple and clean
The two bedroom tiny house was perfect for our short visit. It’s location is close enough to downtown so that you can walk or drive. The neighborhood is mostly quiet, and the beds are comfortable. We will return.
We will stay here everytime we are in town!
We loved it! It was spacious and clean! When we arrived we were surprised to see such a beautiful home compared to the pictures! We will be back
Great location: walking distance to the Plaza. Beautiful home: my friend and I were very comfortable. Everything is well thought out and lovely to look at. Very private. I look forward to returning someday!
Thanks so much! We'd love to have you return!!!!
This was a great location, within walking distance to the Old Santa Fe Plaza. Very private and Marga, the landlord, lives right next door. Marga was very helpful with suggestions for dinner. The Tunei-Up Cafe was one and it was very good.
This condo is in the historic Guadalupe district. This district is just south and west of the downtown with its historic Plaza and galleries and shops and on the edge of the rail yard district with its restaurants and galleries.
