One bedroom apartment located on Beach Walk in the newest and best part of Waikiki, Trump Tower is just across the Street.

TAX INCLUDED. Great Location. Waikiki Beach is just at the end of the street, a 3 min walk. No car needed. There is a Travel Agent on the ground floor of the condo with the best price in Town. I checked. Island tours, Sun set Cruise, Luaus, every thing you want. Shops, Restaurants are all around the condo.

There is an ABC convenience store next door and a 7/11 one min walk. Grocery is a store is a 20 min walk along Kuhio St. There are Bus stops one street over a 3 min walk to Saratoga Rd. By the Post Office. The bus goes each way. A 3 min walk to the beach and on we are on the beach side of busy Kalakaua Ave. All the best surfing spots on the south shore are right there at the end of the street. Beach chair, umbrella, stand-up, sailing, kayaks, sailboard and surfboard rentals are available. The Beach Pad is located Half way down Beach Walk on the left, between Embassy Suites Hotel and the Regency Hotel, across from the Breakers Hotel, with the Outrigger Reef on the Beach Hotel and Trump Tower Hotel at the end of the street. The rental unit is 572 sq feet, The condo is a concrete one bedroom on the second floor and easily accessible by stairs or elevator. Newly remodeled, air conditioner, granite counter tops, New furnishings,

linen, towels and blow dryer. 1 SMART TV, 1 cable TV in bed room, Internet, Free Wi-Fi, and all necessary utensils. Microwave, large refrigerator, toaster. Full Kitchen. Sleeps 3, a Queen size bed in bed room sleep 1 or 2 and a Queen size convertible sofa bed in the living room which can sleep 1 or 2.. 2 Beach chairs, 2 Boogie boards and Beach towels. Laundry mat with washers and dryers are on the same floor. There is no lanai so you want to go outside where the magic of Waikiki is, and do things. We are in the middle of all the best restaurants and shops. Royal Hawaiian shopping center, Beach Walk shopping center, renown Roy's island-cuisine and the Yard House. The Hard Rock Cafe, Bill's Sydney, three Japanese restaurants, Italian restaurant and two convenient stores all are located on Beach Walk. Shore Bird and the Ocean House Restaurant in the Outrigger Reef Hotel on the Beach, overlooking the beach and ocean. Designer shops on Kalakaua Ave. Food pantry supermarket is on Kuhio Ave, toward Diamond Head a 20 minute walk. Food Land Supper Market is in Ala Moana Shopping Center, is a 20 min walk, or 3 Bus stops away toward down town Honolulu.. There are Bus stops one street over a 3 min walk on Saratoga Rd,. In best part of Waikiki, steps from the beach and on the beach side of busy kalakaua avenue. All the best surfing spots on the south shore are right there at the end of the street. We are in the middle of all the best restaurants and shops. You can walk every where in Waikiki. The beach is at the end of the street for the swimming, surfing, sunbathing, sunset and Fireworks a 3 minutes walk. No car needed. No Parking at the condo. There is short time parking at the Post Office one Street over on Saratoga St, a 3 minutes walk from the condo. It has parking $20 for 8 hours. There is Parking at the Post Office a 3.min walk. $20.00 for 8 hours.

There is Parking at Fort De Russy a 5 min walk to Bwach Walk. $170 a Month

Tours are the best way to see the Island, the tour bus driver does the driving, the tour driver knows where to go, and is very informative. There is a travel agent on the ground floor.

This condo met my needs perfectly. The kitchen is great and it's so close to shopping, restaurants and most importantly the beach! The owner was very accommodating and responsive. I'd stay here again for sure.

Niihau Apt

My wife and I were in Hawaii for the entire month of May and we stayed at this location. Aside of it being a little noisy in the morning with deliver truck coming and going to hotels nearby it was great. There was packing about a half a block away and plenty to do in the area and on the island. We were looking for a place that had a functional kitchen with a stove and this was it. For Waikiki I would consider it more then reasonable. John the owner was great and helped us with everything we ask for. I would say there again.

Great location near beach, dining, and more

Within a couple minutes of walking we could get to a wide range of dining options from food trucks across the street to beach-front fine dining less than a block away. There's also a full grocery store a few blocks away if you want to take advantage of the condo's kitchen. The unit is well stocked with dishes, pans, toaster, blender, coffee maker, microwave, and a full-size refrigerator/freezer. There's also plenty of dish soap, paper towels, and TP. There's detergent and dryer sheets to use with the coin-op laundry down the hall.

Good strong wifi with WPA2 security and 2 big TVs (which we barely ever turned on).

Close to a post office and several bus stops. Highly recommend using TheBus. (Google Maps is very helpful for finding the best bus routes and stops to use for any given trip.)

The only negative factor at all was the outside noise which is typical of an urban area but not what we're used to at home. If you're a light sleeper you might want to take some earplugs.

We just returned from a 30 day holiday stay in JohnsBeachpad. We have been annual vacationers for over thirty years. This condo is one of the nicest and cleanest units we have rented.

This unit is newly remodelled with a modern kitchen which is well supplied for short or long stay. We will definitely be returning. John was very helpful in settling us in and was in contact with us during our stay to make sure all was well.

Location Location Location!

My fiancé and I are currently spending our last two nights of 10 in the Niihau apartment and we don't want to leave!! The apartment itself was VERY clean upon arrival and had everything we needed and more! It has been very comfortable and a great place come back to and relax after a busy day.

The location can not be beat, there is a tourist office literally under your feet, they are very knowledgeable and will book anything for you on the spot! All pick up locations for any excursions are within a couple of blocks, one of which was right out front! There are countless restaurants and shops right outside and it is very easy to navigate your way around. The beach is no more than a 10 minute walk right down the street and the apartment already has beach chairs, snorkel gear and much more for you to bring down with you!

John is very personable and accommodating, he came and greeted us upon arrival to the apartment to introduce himself and make sure we were comfortable.

I can't say enough good things about this place and would recommend it to any friend or family member, we will definitely be back in the future.

Vacation like a local

John's condo is perfect. Located in Waikiki just minutes from the beach. Restaurants, shopping, bus within walking distance. No need for a car. The condo is super clean. The condo has all the amenities a traveler needs and more.

The condo includes boogie boards, beach towels, chairs. We didn't need to buy or bring extra toys. He provided the toys. John is so thoughtful and a friendly person. Our Waikiki vacation was perfect! Also, talk to the travel agent downstairs. He has all the great deals. He is also taught us the bus system. Thank you John.

It is a great location

Great place to stay in Waikiki

John was very helpful and accommodating. He is such a nice and friendly person. The unit has all of the amenities that you would ever need. It is a great location, safe and easy to walk to area restaurants and shops. I would highly recommend staying here. It was a lot more quiet than I expected being located in Waikiki. The unit was very very clean and John even provides beach essentials for guests such as boogie boards and chairs. The kitchen looks newly renovated and is beautiful. Washer and dryer room is on the same floor and was always available for use. The elevator and apartment are also very secure. I loved the place. I would definitely come back and stay again.
