The apartment is very well-kept and clean, and located on a quiet street with great access to sights, pubs, botanical gardens, etc. Jackie was friendly and very accommodating. Everything went as planned and we had a fantastic visit to Edinburgh

Short walk to everything

Really enjoyed our stay. We could walk to all of the attractions and venues or a short taxi if it was raining. Car park right on sight so no hunting for a spot and moving the car while still close to everything. Quiet neighborhood! Apartment was clean and had everything needed for our stay. When we return this would be our choice.

A quiet nook in a noisy city

The flat is wonderful - very modern decorations and style, more than enough space. The best part, though, is the location. Sitting on a quiet lane away from the main roads, the flat is very quiet and so a great place to come home to relax after a long day exploring the city. Jackie is very accommodating as well.

We found it Ideal !!

We found the location to be ideal! It is 1/2 mile from Princes street for great shopping, 1/2 mile from a great "Farmer's Market" on Sunday and less then 1/2 mile from some great eats (The Ox)! There is a grocery store about a block away that has about everything. The Princes street walk is uphill, but if need be a taxi or Uber can pick you up on the corner. The area is safe, well lit (when need be) and comfortable! Jackie provides a instruction manual on all appliances which makes things so easy! The internet is fast with great coverage! The water pressure is great, the towels soft and big and the bed comfortable! Overall, I would call the apartment classy with modern conveniences yet it still has that "home" feel. Almost forgot to mention how quiet the apartment is quiet and big!

Sophisticated Large Edinburgh Apt W/Parking

This lovely large apartment is walkable to the Newtown area. The decorating was comfortable and stylish. Obviously a lot of effort was put into presentation. The kitchen is quite serviceable and the bathroom was large and modern. The living room was comfortable and the internet worked well. The apartment is up a short flight of exterior stairs from the parking space. It was wonderful to leave the car and explore the city using the excellent public transit.

Return visit after 2 years

Found this place two years ago, great location, good WiFi, comfortable king size bed, and close to supermarkets, pubs and restaurants along with the historic centre of Edinburgh. Lots of room for two people, good shower. For all of this and for the price I give it 5 stars.
