It is all on one level and has a balcony overlooking the beach and ocean. A wonderful getaway for a family. Covered parking for two cars. There are two bedrooms with Kings, one bedroom with single beds and one with bunk beds. Kitchen has been renovated and is fully equipped!

Great location. EVERY room needs light bulbs replaced. Very little TP. Could use hot pads and a potato peeler.
Thanks for the feedback! We will get some hot pads, a potato peeler and have our contractor replace those bulbs. We do start the house out with 1-2 rolls of TP but the rest is up to our guests. Lovely View Right on the Beach
Stayed for 2 nights for a family wedding with a 5 month old in tow. The noise from the upstairs VRBO-ers wasn't bad at all, the kitchen was great, and the space is quite large! Perfect for putting the baby down to sleep, then visiting with family in the common areas. The access to the beach can't be beat, really enjoyed our stay!

Great condo for a girls weekend
We had a wonderful stay for a long weekend. The condo is steps from the beach, in a quiet residential area that was great for morning walks but close enough for quick Uber rides to restaurants. The main room looks out over the ocean and had a big porch to sit on. House was clean and great that all the linens come with the rental. We blew a fuse and Monica quickly responded to my text with the location of the fuse box.
Place was overall as advertised. Needs just a little tlc.
Came down for a wedding at the Cavalier hotel,we had a whole group everyone was comfortable. Great nature spot as compared to the boardwalk area. Took ubers and they did not cost much to get downtown.
A Great Spot on VB's North End
Awesome location and right on the beach. Home amenities are great. Away from the noises of the resort strip area, but, close enough to get to entertain, restaurants, and shopping. Monica was most responsive throughout the whole rental process. Definitely consider this house for your stay in Va Beach.
The North End is mostly private homes. This house is on 78th Street. The Boardwalk runs from 1st to 43rd which is about 2 miles south of this home. Seashore State Park entrance is on 62nd and great for running, walking, biking or fishing or boating in back bay. This home is oceanfront and the surf is not usually rough; great for swimming in the summer. Beach is public but mostly neighbors and locals use the beach at this street.

In the off season, a two night minimum is required. The rate is $400 per night in the off season. $3800 is the weekly rate in the high season.There is parking for 4 cars maximum; if you have more than 4 cars, you will have to park them on the street as this house has a shared driveway with the house next door at 7802. Cancellation policy is as follows: The renter agrees that on failure to utilize a confirmed reservation, the Management Agent may retain all funds received, other than security deposit, as liquidated damages unless the premises is re-rented for the same time period. In case of the latter, a refund is due to the Renter minus any rental shortfall and 5% of the rental rate. Notices of cancellation must be in writing.
