Enjoyed our stay

  • 5 of 5

We had a great one-week stay here in Aug 2016. For 2 adults and one 10-yr old child who got the pull-out sofabed, the room is perfect. Dedicated parking space very easy to get in & out of, on the same floor as the garage entrance & exit. That alone is worth at least $20. I called Carolyn as instructed as we landed and she was already in the room with our keys when we arrived. There is a bin with toiletries (sunblock, aloe, shampoo, etc) that previous guests leave, don't count on having everything, but might save you a trip to the store if you run out of something.

The room is on the 3rd floor, but considering the first 4 floors are the parking garage, you're really on the 7th floor. I am a light sleeper, and with earplugs, I was not bothered by the road noise at all (kept the lanai door closed at night though). Easy beach access through the Hilton Hawaiian village. Enjoy the fireworks at the Hilton beach every Friday night, and such a easy walk back to the Aqua Palms.

Exactly what we needed

  • 5 of 5

This condo was very clean...that's of upmost importance to me. The location is great...allows for walking to Waikiki beach and is located right across from Hilton Hawaiian village. Just be aware if you park in the garage(which is included in costs), to get to the elevator you'll need to carry suitcases up about 5-6 stairs...not an issue for us...but may upset some folks. There are plenty of great restaurants and things to do close by. The management company was easy to work with and went out of their way to make our stay the most enjoyable. Carolyn was just amazing! She made us feel like personal out of town guests and gave us lots of local tips for parking at Waikiki and eating a few local places. Overall a really great stay! We'll be back.

Amazing stay!

  • 5 of 5

Greetings from the Bay Area! My family and I had a wonderful time! Place was perfect for our family of 5! (2 Adults- 3 Kids) ...especially for those with a tight budget like us! Our room was CLEAN, COZY, FREE PARKING AND AN AWESOME LOCATION! Our extended family members complained about their stay around the hotels closer to Waikiki about noise all night and traffic. However where we were was perfect. Aqua Palms was in a perfect spot. Not as crowded. Close to the beach, Ala Moana Mall right around the corner from us and my kids favorite part of the whole trip was being directly across the street from the The Duke Kahanamoku Lagoon which is FREE to the public! Will definitely consider staying here again! BIG THANK YOU TO CAROLYN FOR MAKING THIS SO EASY AND FUN! Aloha!

Great room for the price, GREAT Location in Waikiki

  • 4 of 5

I stayed here for 9 days with my two sons. We had a very good time. The room is small and it's not luxurious but it fit our budget and our needs just fine. Parking was included for our stay. Having a place to park every night is a big concern in Waikiki. We felt safe and walked to the Hilton Hawaiian Village to the shops and to see the penguins! The room was clean and neat, bathroom is tiny but we managed. Microwave, frig and coffee maker. Beds were comfy too! Nice small balcony overlooks Fort DeRussy. I felt this was a very convenient location for our trip. Easy to get into downtown Honolulu, and easy to get into Waikiki. But you can walk to many places. Or get The Bus.

Great value!

  • 5 of 5

I was nervous about booking this room due to lack of reviews. I took a gamble and was really impressed with everything. Room was was in excellent condition, everything was very clean. Loved that we had a little balcony that we would sit out on. Carolyn and Dave were both great about answering questions/concerns before we booked and once we arrived. I had searched a lot of other properties and this was the BEST deal I could find on a room that had 2 beds. Booking directly through the hotel would cost you at least double what I paid plus parking. Hotel itself is in great shape in a good area of town right across the street from Hilton Hawaiian Village. It was nice to be able to get in and out of waikiki quickly. The room was equipped with everything you need, while daily cleaning is not offered, there are cleaning supplies to use if you need to clean anything. Beach mats and towels were offered for our use. Overall fantastic experience and will book with them again when returning to Oahu.
