When you walk into this fabulous villa you are Home! with Soaring floor to ceiling windows you feel like you can touch the ocean.
Ocean Club are premier Villas in the exclusive, gated community of Wild Dunes on the Isle of Palms.
Along with the Beautiful décor and nice furnishings, our guests tell us that they find this villa very comfortable, cozy and very family friendly. They also say that the view from the third floor balcony….of the fairway and the Atlantic Ocean is “Fabulous”. The unit is laid out so that its living room, the master bedroom, and the balcony all share the ocean views.
A long, stretch of beach welcomes swimmers, beachcombers, bicycle riders, readers, and generations of children who build castles in the sand.
Late in the afternoon, when it’s time to come in from the beach, the sunlight sparkles on the ocean just in time for cocktails on the balcony.
The Kitchen is well stocked with all the implements needed to prepare wonderful morning breakfast or a Seafood Dinner feast. All appointed appliances and a generous supply of Plates, Glassware and Cutlery.

The Master Suite's extra comfortable King size heaven Bed offers Fine Linens and Bedding. The large sliding door that leads from the master bedroom to the Balcony offer amazing views. There is a large Mounted Flat Screen TV. The Master Bath has Dual Sinks, Tile Floors in warm colors, a large Jacuzzi Tub and a large walk in shower.
Each Comfortable Guest Room has Custom Bedding, lots of pillow with upgraded linens and thirsty towels. Each with its own full bath.
Ocean Club is located at the northern end of the Wild Dunes community. Entrance to the Wild Dunes community is through a Security Gate that is staffed 24 hours a day. You will have your own pass. The entrance to the Ocean Club Villa complex is protected by a second Security Gate, staffed during daytime hours and accessible by a keypad with a security code at other times. Access to the Ocean Club Pool Area is by a keypad with a security code.
The large Ocean Club Pool, Poolside Hot Tub, and Poolside Barbecue Areas are about 150 feet from the Villa. For Cookouts by the Pool, there are large Charcoal Grills, as well as a Preparation bar and large Tiled Sink Area. We have Two Elevators each no more than 100 feet from our condo's door.

This condominium has an amazing view, was clean and had lots of space.
Needs a lot of updating and fixing of old and broken things. The screen door was broken, the front door keypad doesn't latch properly, the coffeemaker was missing the filter holder and there are no beach towels or chairs. It would be nice to have some basic toiletries and kitchen and bath supplies provided. The kitchen has a hodge podge of cooking utensils and pots and pans so you can cook meals in but bring your own spices, plastic wrap, foil, baggies, paper towels and napkins. In addition, the community pool and hot tub are currently being renovated. That would have been nice to know ahead of time since we may have chosen another property. This roomy, beach front property needs some TLC, updating and attention to details to get repeat guests.
We know these guests had a wonderful time, I spoke with them a couple of times during their stay. I only wish they would have told us any needs they had. We would have responded and
our maintenance tech would have corrected anything ( that we may have missed) immediately. Our housekeeping crew does an excellent job and always leaves starter paper products ( Paper towels & Bath tissue) and also dish soap and bath soap. We provide plenty of, nice, thirsty bath towels, hand towels and wash cloths and encourage guests to bring beach towels. There were two coffee makers (one for back up should something happen) So another back up will be provided.
The pool has been under construction all winter scheduled to open in May. It is looking fabulous and our upcoming guests will certainly enjoy it. (I believe it did not open until April in years past/ these guests were here in March)

First impression upon walking in is the VIEW! Surprising large apartment. There was some confusion on the directions since you enter the Wild Dunes on the left side of the road, knowing that you are staying on the ocean or right side of the road you are traveling on. Had some bug problems in the unit, due to the pluming? Location was great. Kitchen was just right in size to prepare a big meal. Clean. It may be time for some updating with the interior painting. Nice quiet area. Huge beach, nice and flat to do long walks.
We are so glad you had a wonderful time, this villa does have amazing views. We have just replaced all of the wood floors ( they are beautiful) and plan to complete the renovations and painting this winter. Come back again and remind us you are repeat guest.

Great view of the ocean
We had a really fun vacation staying at 1306 Ocean Club. The view from the living room is just amazing. It is fun to have a cup of coffee and look out onto the ocean. The unit is right on the beach. We have twin four year old boys and they really enjoyed playing on the beach. The condo was great. Plenty of room for the four of us and my wife's parents. Robin, the property manager, really made sure that the rental process went smoothly. Would definitely recommend this condo.
A Piece of Paradise
This was our first trip to the Charleston area and we were so blessed to have found this beautiful villa. The view was breathtaking and we enjoyed relaxing to the sound of the ocean.
The entire community is wonderful and a perfect location for golfers. We certainly hope to return in the future.
