The perfect location and a fantastic ski in/ski out 3 bedroom + loft townhouse, newly renovated in 2016.
Walk out the patio door and soak up the beautiful views. Ease your muscles after a long day on the ski slopes in the relaxing community hot tub. Enjoy the outdoor heated pool in the summer. Gather with family and friends in the spacious living room. The brand new rolled steel and knotty alder gas sealed fireplace creates the perfect cozy vacation retreat to catch a movie or the big game on the new large 55 smart TV.
Entertaining is effortless in the new, fully equipped kitchen with alder cabinets, granite counter-tops and stainless steel appliances. The dining room table seats 6 with an additional 5 seats at the breakfast bar.
The master suite features a king sized bed, large flat screen TV and attached en suite bathroom with double granite sinks and full shower. The second bedroom has new furnishings and a queen size bed. The third bedroom has two twin beds. The loft can sleep an additional two guests. The second bathroom features granite sink with alder cabinets and a tub/shower combination. All beds feature luxury pillow-top feather-beds.
The home does provide free wireless internet and a washer and dryer. Ridgepoint is a special place with great access (only a few minutes) to the center of Beaver Creek Village. There is free transportation available on the Village Shuttle to any location within the village for guests so you can leave your worries and car behind.

Clean and conveniently located
Pros: Really nice place about a mile down the main Beaver Creek Resort. The kitchen is spacious and stocked with dishes, pots, pans and even seasonings and maple syrup and such. Before grocery shopping, check out what can be used (like oil, salt, pepper) from the kitchen already.
The condo is overlooking the back side of the mountain and one of the bedrooms balcony led to the tennis courts (we stayed during spring break so it was full of snow, but I imagine that would be great during the summer months).
Each bedroom had a television and so did the living room.
We didn’t take advantage of the shuttles as we had our own rental but we saw them all the time.
Most of the condo is carpeted even the stairs, that was nice for the little ones especially.
The cable had a lot of channels including Disney and Nickelodeon which was helpful for the little ones.
Cons:We saw decorative tissue boxes throughout the condo but no tissue inside:(
I looked for a humidifier as the air is so dry, but I didn’t find one.
The bedroom with the twin beds could use a more updated television as the one in there now looks ancient.
The neighbors were loud two nights in a row.
FYI:There is hardy any room in the cabinets to put your own purchased groceries as the cabinets are all full. I just put our stuff on the counters, no big deal- there was still plenty of room. The loft upstairs was as cute as a button, the day bed was big enough to sleep one petite person.
Buy your own laundry detergents if you want to take advantage of the washer/dryer. There isn’t any individual sample boxes to use.
The mattresses could be comfier.
The community pool was out of service and the hot tub was usually full.

Gray clean Condo with lots of room.
The place was in prestige condition and very clean. Only knock is the WiFi was out. Other than that amazing condo would absolutely recommend.

Great location, updated property, plenty of room for our family of 5
This condo was perfect-sized for our family of 5 ( 2 adults, 2 teens and 1 preteen). Kitchen was spacious and had all of the major appliances and some cooking essentials.
We have been coming to BC for 11 years of skiing and this was the next best thing to being in BC Village. The Dial a Ride was a good option to driving and parking.
The 'ski out' is a short hike across the road and up a small hill and then ski down to Lower BC Lift. 'Ski in' is from Bachelor Gulch base and is a blue ski road. Would definitely stay here again.

What an excellent property!
As soon as we stepped in this unit we could immediately tell the attention to detail that went into this recent renovation. The location is perfect, just a few quick steps from the parking lot and your skiing down to the lifts. Not to mention the hot tub is ideal after skiing. Would definitely stay in this condo again!

DEPOSIT: Major Credit Cards Accepted - 1/3 of rental required upon confirmation of all reservations as down payment (min $300). Remainder due 30 days prior to arrival. PRICING: The rates above do not include 14.275% including CO and local sales taxes and resort surcharges, and a $45 Accidental Damage Waiver which will all be added to your reservation. Rates DO include clean linens and towels when you arrive and include a cleaning after you leave. You are responsible for cleaning during your stay. A mid-week clean is available for an extra charge during your stay.
