About Susan Proehl
We grew up in the mid-west. We found jobs here in Colorado and raised our family. Our family loves the outdoors.
Susan Proehl purchased this Condo in 2013
Why Susan Proehl chose Keystone Ski Resort
We chose this property because it is ski-in, ski-out. Keystone is a great family resort.

July 4th Weekend Getaway
The check in process is very convenient and flexible for late check ins. The condo was clean and had all the amenities one could need. There’s no oven, but the community grills are a good alternative. The area is perfect for summertime activities and close to larger cities with all the shopping and convenient amenities you may need.
Ski week before family
Enjoyed our stay. Very thoughtful in accoutrements. Susan quickly responded to questions and genuinely was very helpful. Location is excellent to ski lifts. Quiet. Very nice small studio. An A plus‼️ For condo and Susan. Thanks.
Small but Convenient
These units are small but adequate, with a Murphy bed and sofa bed easily accommodating a couple even with a child or two small children. Pro tip #1: store your luggage in your car after you unpack to save space. Be prepared--the kitchen is efficiency style with a mini-fridge, microwave and a two-top electric range, but there is a gas grill by the hot tubs. With a little planning, meals can easily be prepared in-house and utensils, as well as some spices and other supplies, are in the unit. Pro tip #2: you can use the balcony discretely to keep your beverages cold but watch out for hard freezes overnight. As for convenience, Susan's second floor unit is right by the stairs, elevator and laundry. It's just down the stairs and a short hallway to the grill, firepit and hot tubs! The garage is another level down. Pro tip #2: park your car around the corner from the elevator/stairwell by the half-flight of stairs leading outside for the most direct route to the Peru Express lift. Then you can store your gear in your car and change into and out of your boots right there (wearing your boots in the building is not allowed). Finally, be aware that Susan's balcony faces the balconies of units in the other building so you will want to be mindful of when the blinds are open. We really enjoyed our stay and everything worked as it should--we would be happy to stay again!
Clean and neat. Well equipped.
Great location, tiny accommodations, view mostly of the next building
It's always great to stay in a ski/out location. This is one of the smallest units we've stayed in at Slopeside, but it was well provisioned and we had everything needed. There is a murphy bed rather than a regular bed which gives a bit more space but some inconvenience putting it down and up. The dining table is small with stools instead of chairs, so not comfortable for lingering over your meal. The host left a goodie basket with bottled water, a few coffee and cocoa pods for the Kuerig, and an expired microwave popcorn (didn't pop well). There's also a drip coffee pot available and some staples left in the cabinet and fridge. OH... when you use the shower be sure to put BOTH curtains inside the tub. The inside curtain clings to and transfers water to the outside one which results in a LOT of water on the floor if it's out. Might be time to replace that curtain.
Great location, room was clean, homey, and we felt secure. Made for an awesome family trip.
Property was great in all aspects. Only issues are: two different times the hot tub was out of towels, elevator was not functioning on a couple different occasions. Worst part was the beds were extremely uncomfortable. Other than those minimal issues we had a great time. I think it’s the best location on the Mtn. Thank you !
