With 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths this gated condo is just steps to the beach.

We are proudly offering our luxury Tybee Island condo for your vacation rental. Leave your cares behind as you walk through the door of our professionally decorated unit and begin to enjoy being on “Tybee Time.”

Our unit has 3 bedrooms, 2 ½ baths, and can accommodate up to 10 people. The large master suite has a very comfortable King Memory Foam Mattress, and direct access through double French doors to the peaceful lanai. There is also a private master bath with a jacuzzi, separate shower, and double sinks. The second bedroom has a Queen mattress and the third has 2 full size beds. Both of the guest bedrooms have new pillowtop mattresses and all 3 bedrooms have their own TV’s.

The living room has a 42” flat screen TV, sleeper sofa and double French doors opening to the lanai that directly overlooks the pool and hot tub. Dining room table has seating for 6 and an additional 2 bar stools sit at the counter that opens into the kitchen. Granite countertops and modern stainless steel appliances complete your spacious kitchen. Full size laundry area is just off the kitchen.

Assigned parking for two vehicles in the parking garage.

There is bamboo flooring throughout the living areas with tile in the kitchen and baths.

On the lanai you can prop your feet up and relax in our oversize chairs and ottomans and enjoy dinner and drinks at the outdoor table and chairs. We have also provided a grill for your use.

This first floor unit has a private elevator that leads from the covered parking garage that is gated for added security.

We are on the south end of the island where you are only steps away from shopping, great restaurants, beach and pier and twenty minutes away from Historic Downtown Savannah.

All utilities, including wireless internet, are included in your rental. Must be at least 25 years or older to lease unit. This is not a pet friendly rental and there is NO SMOKING allowed.

Holiday rates apply for St. Patrick's Day, Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, Thanksgiving and Christmas.

We are a young retired couple that calls Wilmington Island, GA home. After spending two winters on Tybee to be close to our three wonderful grandsons, we fell in love with everything Tybee and purchased this condo in 2012. We love sharing our condo with other families and have furnished it with everything you need to sit back and let the fun begin.

A prefect place to rent!

On our yearly vacation we like to try new places and have typically always rented from VRBO/ Home Away. We have stayed in many different rentals and we would rate this one at the top of the list. It is perfect in every way! 1. At the top of my must have list is that it is very clean. And this condo was spotless! It felt like being at home and not a space that has been rented out to a million people.

2. It is roomy and the picture do not do it justice how spacious it really is. I thought we would be a little more cramped on space but was very happy to find out that we weren't.

3. It is very comfortable and fully stocked. I felt right at home and loved the decorations and all the "extras" the condo had to offer!

4. The location is PERFECT! It is close to the beach and stores so you can walk anywhere and keep the car parked at the condo. We were able to walk to the grocery store which was nice. The pool is right in front of the condo. That made is really nice to allow the kids to swim and watch them from the balcony. I was nervous it would be loud but once you are in the condo you really do not hear the noise from the pool. There is a bike rental outside the condo and we rented bikes to ride to the lighhouse.

5. Jeff and Debbie were awesome. They made sure we had everything we needed and even checked in through the week.

Anyone visiting Tybee should put this condo on the top of their list!

Great condo

Excellent place and location!

We could not have asked for a better location in Tybee Island. My personal opinion is Brass Rail is the nicest condo on the beach! Jeff and Debbie are very accommodating and the condo was very nice and clean. Location is walking distance from everything you need - beach, grocery, restaurants, gift shops, liquor store, and much more! Balcony looks right over the pool which was perfect to keep an eye on the kids. I would recommend this condo to anyone staying on the island :-)

Very nice and well kept condo. Close to the beach and nice that there are two pools.

If you have young ones like us this unit is perfect. Patio is right at the pool so you can still be enjoying the water and the rays if they are napping. Condo is very clean and close to the beach. Jeff and Debbie were great communicators in informing us of things to do and places to eat. This condo is highly recommended.

Perfect Place for Family Time!!!

This immaculate condo was perfectly located poolside with a short walk to the beach. Bike rentals were conveniently located right outside the gate. I was surprised that you could also rent cribs and high chairs at one of the bike rentals! We had six adults and a baby and felt very comfortable with the space. I liked the fact that we were able to use a number code to enter and exit the condo. No keys to worry about losing!

The owners left fresh cut flowers on the table with a welcome bag. (What a nice touch!)
