With 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths this gated condo is just steps to the beach.

We are proudly offering our luxury Tybee Island condo for your vacation rental. Leave your cares behind as you walk through the door of our professionally decorated unit and begin to enjoy being on “Tybee Time.”

Our unit has 3 bedrooms, 2 ½ baths, and can accommodate up to 10 people. The large master suite has a very comfortable King Memory Foam Mattress, and direct access through double French doors to the peaceful lanai. There is also a private master bath with a jacuzzi, separate shower, and double sinks. The second bedroom has a Queen mattress and the third has 2 full size beds. Both of the guest bedrooms have new pillowtop mattresses and all 3 bedrooms have their own TV’s.

The living room has a 42” flat screen TV, sleeper sofa and double French doors opening to the lanai that directly overlooks the pool and hot tub. Dining room table has seating for 6 and an additional 2 bar stools sit at the counter that opens into the kitchen. Granite countertops and modern stainless steel appliances complete your spacious kitchen. Full size laundry area is just off the kitchen.

Assigned parking for two vehicles in the parking garage. Maximum vehicle height 7 feet.

There is bamboo flooring throughout the living areas with tile in the kitchen and baths.

On the lanai you can prop your feet up and relax in our oversize chairs and ottomans and enjoy dinner and drinks at the outdoor table and chairs. We have also provided a grill for your use.

This first floor unit has a private elevator that leads from the covered parking garage that is gated for added security.

We are on the south end of the island where you are only steps away from shopping, great restaurants, beach and pier and twenty minutes away from Historic Downtown Savannah.

All utilities, including wireless internet, are included in your rental. Must be at least 25 years or older to lease unit. This is not a pet friendly rental and there is NO SMOKING allowed.

Holiday rates apply for St. Patrick's Day, Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, Thanksgiving and Christmas.

About Jeff and Debbie

We are a young retired couple that calls Wilmington Island, GA home. After spending two winters on Tybee to be close to our three wonderful grandsons, we fell in love with everything Tybee and purchased this condo in 2012. We love sharing our condo with other families and have furnished it with everything you need to sit back and let the fun begin.

Very clean, well maintained and wonderfully beachy furnished!!

Returned today (May 17).

The online photos are true to form, except it doesn't show how clean the place is. Rooms are good size, well furnished with beachy furniture and everything is very clean. Unit is good location within Brass Rails. The parking is close to the elevator hall and the entrance to the pool area.

I have stayed at other rental units, in Brass Rails and other locations besides Tybee. Jeff and Debbie really furnish items that typically aren't furnished by other owners .... dish detergent, dishwasher detergent, paper towels, sheets and towels. And not the cheap stuff either. After a 9 hour drive with a 7 month old, it was great to walk into such a nice place and feel that someone really worked to make it special. The place was so clean my grandson was able to play on the floor on his blanket.

We used the lanai for breakfast every morning. My grandson's "hook on" high chair worked with the table and we brought a kiddie pool for him during the evenings. The electric grill was perfect for burning hot dogs.The views are great, the location is great and it's a quick walk to the beach. It's great to have a pool after you've been at the beach.

When we return to Tybee, we will look up Jeff and Debbie again. They made our vacation very nice.

Our condo was perfect for our family. It was close to everything. Our host was very attentive. Other than the fact that it was the hottest June in years, we made the best of the heat and planned our activities accordingly.

Wonderful condo

This condo was very nice and clean. The beds were very comfortable, decor was nice, and everything was convenient. Our parking was a little tight especially for two cars. You have to park one behind the other. But that worked out ok. One thing I suggest for the kitchen. Keurig coffee maker. Loved it.
