Nestled into 1.3 acres of natural vegetation overlooking Glenwood Springs, Henrie House is a perfect blend of privacy & convenience, just 5 minutes from downtown Glenwood Springs and all its amenities and attractions.
Amazing views and plenty of wildlife viewing, and a hot tub under the trees. Perched on a hill overlooking the valley, this property offers the full Colorado experience.

Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. and check-out is 11:00 a.m. There are two bedrooms with queen beds and a queen-size leather sofa sleeper in the living room. Up to 6 guests are welcome. An enclosed sunroom off the master bedroom gives the feeling of stepping out of bed and into nature and offers a peaceful place for reading, working or hobbies. An open floor plan in the living, dining and kitchen areas allows the group to stay connected and floor-to-ceiling windows and glass doors bring in tons of light and views of nature from all living areas in the house.
We are no longer able to accommodate pets. There are two dogs on property in a separate dwelling with a fenced enclosure.
(('We want you to know how much we enjoyed our stay in your lovely home. We especially enjoyed the porch. It was wonderful to sit and enjoy a cup of coffee and the view each morning! We’ll make sure we tell our friends & families about our stay in your home and Glenwood Springs.' The Oklahoma Girls, July 2013))
Guests have the entire house, BBQ area, hot tub & sauna to themselves during the duration of their stay. It is sometimes necessary to conduct periodic and minimal exterior maintenance during a guest's stay (landscaping for example).
A caretaker is present on-site, in an apartment above the detached garage, with a completely separate entrance from the house. The caretakers are there if you need them, and out of sight if you don't need them.
We are 1/4 mile from a beautiful 9-hole golf course that affords a great round or two, or an awesome morning walk. Our 1.3 acres property is private, with tons of parking, we back up to wilderness, closest neighbors hidden by the trees.
