Excellent apartment!!

This apartment is comfortable, spacious, well appointed and wonderful to stay in. The king bed is comfortable, the bathroom is large with both a shower and a jacuzzi. There is a large closet off the bath. The kitchen is fully stocked for any kind of cooking or baking. The living room is large and spacious with comfortable furniture. There is a dedicated parking space to use. I also used the exercise room daily. It is located at a prime location for Mardi Gras, half a block from the street car which can take you to museums, the Quarter or uptown. We love to stay here. Pat

Great apartment, great location!! We biked every day into the French Quarter and walked to Magazine

Very prompt response from owners and very pleasant. LOVED the apartment; clean, great location, wonderful respite from the craziness of NOLA. We biked everyday to the French Quarter and walked Magazine for great shopping and restaurants. The only downside of our stay was the noise above the apartment who I understand are not usually there but were because it was Easter vacation week. And I did miss sitting on a balcony to drink my coffee in the morning or evening wine. Other than that, the apartment is very well maintained and had all the amenities of home including NETFLIX which we could watch from the living room or bedroom. Highly recommend you stay here!! Gorgeous property in a lovely area that is very close to everything, just a streetcar away!

This property was amazing and perfect for our trip to visit family and friends. In a lovely area of New Orleans and very close to all the attractions when you jump on a streetcar (which is also fun just to ride!).

Dawn was lovely to deal with both my messaging and phone conversation and made the experience stressfree and flawless.

Would highly recommend this place to anyone and would definitely stay there again!

Perfect location for Mardi Gras

The condo was exactly as advertised, super clean and had everything we needed for a great stay. Being able to just walk out the door to the parades was fantastic and having a parking spot was so nice, we were able to secure a spot for our friends on parade nights, so great. Owners were so easy to work with - just an all around great stay. thanks.

Fantastic Fleur de Lis

Our stay at Fleur de Lis could not have been better. The condo was first class and furnished with absolutely everything one would have at home. Dawn is a SUPER HOST providing us with all sorts of information to make our stay a memorable one. We were less than a block from the St Charles Trolley line making everywhere and everything very accessible. All of the furnishings were comfortable and well appointed. The accommodations

were perfect for a very enjoyable vacation. We would be happy to return, definitely 5 star.

Perfect in Every Way

The Fleur de Lis condo is absolutely wonderful. We loved the king sized bed which was so comfortable. Probably the best thing about the condo was its location, just 1/2 block from St. Charles St. and the trolley line. We didn't use the kitchen a lot, except for breakfast, but you could fix a gourmet meal with all of the cookware, dishes and glassware that were provided.

The master bath was a joy. In fact, I told one of my friends that I wish I could have taken it home with me. The huge closet was another great feature. Because The World Series was being played while we were there, and my husband is an avid Cubs" fan, we also made use of the television and most comfortable living area.

The condo is extremely secure, and Dawn couldn't have been more gracious in answering questions and phone calls to make sure that the condo was exactly right for us.

Car: not necessary

The condo is located 3 houses from St Charles Ave. It is perfect for Mardi Gras! Most of the parades pass right by 1st St. on their way down St Charles Ave. A car is not required, but if you drive, an off-street, gated space is included. The street car stop is also 3 houses down from the condo on St Charles Ave. Many restaurants and bars are within walking distance. The Fresh Market is a short 4 blocks away for your grocery needs. This is a quiet residential section of the Garden District where you can live like a local!
