We have a 3 bedroom and 3.5 bath in beautiful downtown Denver!
Experience Denver the way the locals do in this beautiful 3 bedroom townhome! A car is not needed, as you are a block from the popular “32nd & Zuni” area in the Lower Highlands (LoHi to locals). Everything you could need for a weekend getaway or a longer stay is within WALKING distance! This neighborhood is the HOTTEST neighborhood in Denver, dubbed “Denver’s Brooklyn”. You could not ask for a better location to visit this pedestrian and bike friendly city!
Our property features 3 bedrooms and 3.5 baths in a 2300+ square foot home that is perfect for small groups or families traveling together. All furnishings are top of the line with down comforters and pillows in the Master and Second bedroom, 500 thread count sheets on memory foam mattresses and 100% thick Egyptian Cotton towels. There is a large family room with a 43” flat screen TV and a gourmet kitchen with seating for 10. There are balconies on every level. Additionally, there is a large media/game room with a 46” TV in the finished basement with a sleeper sofa for two additional sleeping spaces, if needed.
The home has a wonderful floorplan and is 'like-new' condition. It features a gourmet kitchen with granite and all stainless appliances, luxury bathrooms, cozy bedrooms with premium beds, and view of Denver's Downtown.
Just steps to all the urban amenities including some of Denver’s best new restaurants including Old Major, Sputino’s, Duo, Uncle, Z Cuisine, Little Man’s Ice Cream, Linger, Root Down, and too many to mention! You are within two miles of the Convention Center, Larimer Square, The Performing Arts Center, the 16th Street Mall, Mile High Stadium (for Broncos games), Coors Field (Rockies games) and the Pepsi Center (Nuggets and Avalanche games) as well as the business district and nightlife. The renowned Cherry Creek shopping district is just ten minutes away. You will be nestled between I25 and I70 for easy access to the Greater Metro area and the Rocky Mountains!
Although Denver is one of the sunniest cities in the U.S., when the weather gets nippy there is plenty to entertain you at home. Cozy up on the covered front porch with the outdoor fireplace. About the owner: We are an adventurous family of 5 that travels frequently. We have lived in and traveled to six of the seven continents. With three young children, we find that renting a home gives us the conveniences and creature comforts more suitable to our lifestyle than a hotel can provide. We enjoy all things outdoors including surfing, snowboarding, hiking, biking and anything else that gets us outside! We love Colorado and it always feels like home. One Boulder native and both graduates of CU, we spent most of our time in Colorado and will always enjoy returning to this redeveloped and exciting neighborhood. Work has taken us to the Pacific Northwest which has an abundance of outdoor beauty and adventure, but sometimes we just need Colorado sunshine!

The Argyle House satisfied our need to be connected to Colorado.
