The beautifully decorated and bright front entry opens up to a large and cozy family room with a contemporary fireplace wall, a spacious sectional sofa, a 62-inch high end flatscreen TV w/unlimited ATT Universe channels and movie theater surround sound. This ideal Family Room opens up into the brand new beautiful and richly appointed fully equipped designer kitchen including top of the line appliances, quartz counter tops and island bar seating. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the comforts of home. Just off the kitchen is a den with a click-clack futon & a 50 inch 3D flatscreen TV, DVD player and cabinets full of games & puzzles to keep the kids busy and content during your stay. The den opens to a large bright room equipped with a full-size contemporary pool table that will no doubt add hours of fun. The utility room off of the garage is equipped with a brand new washer and dryer, with overhead cabinets stocked with laundry and other cleaning supplies. Upstairs there are three bedrooms, two bathrooms and an open work space with a desk. The beautiful master bedroom has a private wrap-around balcony with a seating area that overlooks the stunning backyard. The master bath is upgraded with slate flooring and shower. The master has a king-size bed and the two guest rooms have a queen-size bed and a full-sized bed with a small futon respectively.

Prime location! Close to downtown & beach, clean and comfortable home, updated features!!

Every year, we plan an escape from the Polar Vortex to spend a week in some San Diego sunshine. This year, we chose to stay in the unique, coastal beach town of Encinitas and wanted to find a place that was close to everything. This home was PERFECT!! An easy walk to the downtown where all the neat restaurants & boutiques are. Not to mention Moonlight Beach just around the corner. The home was very clean, updated, and prepped with nice bed linens. My wife is a bit of a stickler for these kinds of things, so it was a major bonus ;) One of our favorite features was the private trail from the back yard, providing us with access to a neat family/dog park on the hill - ocean view and all :)

We would definitely stay there again, and/or, highly recommend anyone who seeks cleanliness & comfortableness in a vacation home, as well as accessibility to the town and beach.
