We love the Blueberry Hill location. We wanted a place walking distance to the Village but in the heart of the Valley Trail system too. This keeps you away from the noise of the crowds but with easy access to all the great events, dining and action the Village has to offer.

What makes this townhome unique

We love the space this townhouse has to offer and the view. We like to bring family and friends with us and this gives everyone the space for their own relaxation as well as a great room atmosphere to congregate and enjoy great food, drink and fun together. I like to cook so a well appointed kitchen is mandatory. You'll have all the tools you need.

Very well appointed place to stay for your vacation

We spent 5 nights at Monica's place for our annual ski vacation at Whistler and felt very comfortable staying in her spacious, well decorated place. It is very bright and roomy, with upgraded appliances and kitchen utensils. It is well situated, about a 5 minute drive to the ski lifts and a few steps away from the Valley Trail that leads to Whistler Village. Monica also provided us with helpful tips to make the most of our trip. We especially appreciated her Christmas decor during our stay -- it made us feel right at home! We would definitely come back again.

One small suggestion from us would be to install a deadbolt for the front door to provide additional security.

Monika's condo was spotlessly clean, comfortable and welcoming.

This is obviously a condo that the owner's family uses and enjoys. With the help of the lovely double oven, preparation of Christmas dinner was easy. The location was perfect...our car never left the garage for four days. Walking to the Village, through the forest, on the well lit Valley Trail was such a treat. This condo, very close to the Arnold Palmer golf course, would be a good choice for any season. Thank you Monika for your good communication and co-operation during the rental process. We hope to visit again.

Great Location

This property is conveniently located near Whistler Village. It is a short 1km walk on Valley trail to the Village. The unit is well equipped and has a very private deck if you want to sit outside. It is very clean and the beds are comfortable including the pullout sofa bed. We enjoyed a week at this property for our summer vacation. Great value versus staying at one of the hotels. The property owner was very helpful with information about the unit and the Whistler area. You won't be disappointed with this vacation property.

Spacious and well situated

Really liked our stay at Deer Run. Nice and quiet and with easy access to the main village via the route 6 bus or 20 min stroll/5 min ride. Rooms and lounge were spacious. Nice quality place. Directions provided by Monica were also spot on.

Quiet roost for Week in Whistler

Welcome to your ultra comfortable, quiet, home away from home in Whistler. We stayed at Monica's condo for a week and loved it. The Blueberry Hill location is away from the hustle and bustle of the main village and offers quiet respite after a long day on the bike. It's a easy 7 minute roll down to the main village via the bike path.

The kitchen is well stocked for the home chef and we enjoyed meals on the deck and in the dining room. Best of all everything worked and was well maintained. A love seat and a couch provided a great place to relax in the evenings, although I am a bit biased towards the mountain view from the love seat. There is a tv and games, we played a little cribbage, but never turned on the tv - who needs tv in Whistler?

The washer and dryer made packing easy and there was more than enough closet and drawer space. Having a dedicated bike storage space was fantastic and very, very secure.

We can't wait to return to Whistler.

A great location, close to the excitement of Whistler Village but far enough away for tranquility. We are located right off the popular Valley Trail which takes you to the Village in a short 15-20 minute walk and close to Alta Lake in the other direction. A 10 to 15 minute walk takes you to Lakeside Park for summer swimming in Alta Lake. The trail to the village is fully lit year-round and runs along the Whistler Golf Club.

Offering our townhouse for rental direct has enabled us to offer rates below similar accommodations in the area. The GST and cleaning fee are included in the advertised rate. Rates are subject to change until reservation is confirmed. Maximum capacity is 6.
Cancellations that are made more than thirty (30) days prior to the Check-In Date are subject to a cancellation fee of 10% of the Rental Rate.

Owner's Cancellation Policy

  • 50% refund if canceled at least 30 days before arrival date.
  • 100% refund if canceled at least 60 days before arrival date.
  • Service Fee fully refunded on cancellations that qualify for 100% refund.
