This clean and bright 580 sqft loft can comfortably sleep up to 4 people, with one queen size bed and one double size murphy bed. The open style remodeled kitchen is easy to work in and prepare meals. Enjoy yourself at the table that can seat up to four people. A Safeway grocery store is just one block from the unit.

There is an elevator available to reach the unit or take the stairs.

I really enjoy sharing Portland with the visitors that come to our city. I like providing names of my favorite restaurants and attractions with my guest. I feel a real joy when my guest share with me that everything is going great and that they are enjoying their stay at our rental.

I love to travel. My most recent vacation was to Austria, where my family and I rode our bicycles from Salzburg to Vienna.

What makes this condo unique

We really liked that the loft was in the city and when we stepped into the space we felt like we were home. It has a comfortable feel when on entering the unit. It is on the third floor and has views of downtown buildings. Even though it is downtown it is quiet in the unit.

Perfectly appointed!

Everything was just as pictured and described. I was etremely comfortable and very thankful the place was so well set up. Sari even left cleaning supplies, bags, beverages, spices and more. It is quite loud because of it's location right downtown but one gets used to it. I just used earplugs and slept fine. The beds are very comfortable! I would stay here again! Thank you Sari for being so attentive!

Great short-term rental

We booked this space for our 21-year old daughter for 3 months while she transferred to PSU from across the country. Since she didn't want a car, we wanted to set her up in a safe and walkable location. It is a bright, cheerful and clean spacious rental; very charming and well equipped. Safeway and the streetcar are right outside the building, which was very convenient. Everything is accessible and close by. It is bigger than the one bedroom she just signed a lease with around the corner! The Murphy bed was great for occasional guests. It is was an ideal set up for our situation and would be a fabulous vacation rental. A much better option than hotels. The owner was very kind and helpful.

Perfect Studio near Portland Art Museum

We stayed eight days in this wonderful studio. It was well equipped with kitchen and laundry supplies. Clean and bright with lots of windows, as it is a corner apartment on the third floor of the building. We were able to use an elevator which was quite fun.

There were only two downsides to this apartment. First, there is a lot of noise with construction and the streetcar below--particularly in the morning. After the third day we were able to adjust to this. Secondly, the lighting in the bathroom was poor with one overhead light.

Overall, we enjoyed our location. Being able to quickly access the streetcar, Safeway down the block and, a short walk to pioneer square and the surrounding areas. A perfect apartment for two. Could be a squeeze for four.

Great little place-super convenient

The apartment was excellent, everything (including a Safeway) was conveniently close by-got around walking for the most part. The place was clean and bright with lots of windows and plenty of space for us :-) we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The only part I wished was a little better was channel options on the tv. (I know, I know, on vacay, who has time for tv) but we were in town for the Portland marathon and the night before we stayed in and pretty much watched law and order, bc it was the only thing on.

Super quick response from the landlord too, she was very accessible. Highly recommend staying here.

Fantastic location

My husband and I spent four nights at this apartment in early August. The location is fantastic. It is within walking distance to many of the downtown sites in Portland. A Safeway grocery store is less than a block away and Whole Foods is also within walking distance. The apartment was super clean, nicely furnished and had everything we needed. The A/C worked well given how hot it was during our visit. The queen size bed was very comfortable and the building was super quiet. We only saw a few other people during our stay. We enjoyed breakfast there each morning and had lunch and dinner out. There are a number of good restaurants to choose from in the area. We liked Tasty n Alder, Deschutes Brewery, Thai Peacock and if you are heading to the Columbia River Gorge (20 minutes outside of the city) be sure to check out McMenamins Edgefield. It's a very cool spot. If you are interested in wineries, the Williamette Valley Vineyards are definitely worth checking out. Penner Ash was our favourite - spectacular vistas! If you are interested in a longer day trip I would suggest driving out to the Oregon Coast (approximately 1.5 hours). Cannon Beach was truly amazing. All in all, we really enjoyed our time in Oregon, and our stay at this apartment. The owner Sari was also a pleasure to deal with. I would definitely recommend it.
