We are deeply sorry for the inconvenience by wanted to advise that as of 5/11/2017 the HOA has asked if our guests do not use the balcony. They will be updating as to when we can guests are cleared to go onto the balcony . They are just making sure the balcony is structural sounds for our guests and owners. You can still enjoy our breathtaking top floor views.

Perfect for our family of four and Fido. Enjoyed the condo, kids loved the bunk beds, and having a washer/dryer was so convenient. Used the pool and enjoyed the nearby beach! Owner stocked all the "just in case you forgot something" items in kitchen, bathroom so you have time to buy more for a longer stay. Very clean, cozy, well decorated.

Great Experience, beautiful condo!

The check-in experience involved picking up my parking pass....and walking into the turn-key unit! Very simple, and the place was very clean upon entry. I was aware of the balcony being closed due to structural repair, and the view of the ocean was very nice. I loved the small providing a few "starter" Kurig coffee's, trash bags, new dish sponge, etc. This was our first time to Galveston, and I would definetly stay here again! Thanks for the great experience!

Amazing vacation!

My family stays in this condo every summer and we absolutely adore it. It's always very clean and the grounds of the condos are very well kept. We weren't able to go out on the balcony this year but for me with kids I was ok with that.

Very nice place, and loved the location.

Enjoyed the condo and its proximity to everything. One drawback, we couldn't use the balcony due to structural problems. We definitely would recommend it to friends, and do it again.

Car: necessary

The Maravilla is located at the western end of the historical Seawall. Close to everything on the island since it is not past the Seawall. Enjoy 3 pools and our beautiful grounds.
