This beautifully remodeled and newly furnished home has a new in-ground salt water heated pool and privacy fence. All of the remodeling work was completed in November 2013. This home is located 2 minutes away from the downtown section of town on a quiet street. Close to the restaurants, bars, clubs, grocery stores, shops, beach, London Bridge, marina, boat ramps, banks, post office, churches, hospital, doctor offices and golf courses. You will only be a few minutes away from everything that Lake Havasu City has to offer.

Taking your boat to the water is only a few minutes away. The Windsor Beach Boat Ramps are just down the street. Use any of the free boat ramps in town to launch your boat or use my 2011 Suntracker 22 foot 90 HP Pontoon Boat. The boat is offered at an additional fee. These fees will not be calculated in the instant quote. We only offer the boat to our guests. Everything you need is included, life vests, 3 person Towable and ropes. You’ll just need sunscreen, a cooler full of drinks and towels for a wonderful day on the water. When you are finished on the water, you can be back in your vacation home within minutes, where you can cool off, relax in your private pool, grill some food and talk the night away around the fire pit or you can easily walk a few blocks down the street to several favorite local hot spots for great food, drinks, music and a night out.

Your vacation home’s open floor plan connects the living room, dining room and kitchen. All have lighted ceiling fans. These rooms also have a great view of the backyard and swimming pool. The living room has a wall mounted 46” LED Smart TV with Dish programming and DVD Player. New furniture in the Living and Dining rooms. Large ceramic floor tile and Southwest desert colors and decorations are used throughout the house.

The kitchen has new cabinets, countertops, sink and fixtures. New appliances include: side-by-side refrigerator/freezer with door water/ice, smooth top electric stove, microwave, dishwasher and garbage disposal. The reverse osmosis water system is connected to the refrigerator water/ice maker and has a separate sink faucet. The kitchen is stocked with all the amenities and small appliances you will need, including coffee pot, toaster, blender, mixer, electric skillet and electric pot, cookware, utensils and dishware.

The master bedroom has a king size bed and private bath. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and bedroom 3 has 2 sets of bunk beds both with Twin top mattress over Double bottom mattress. All of the bedrooms have dressers, night stands, lamps, ceiling fans and wall mounted 32” LED flat screen TVs with Dish service.

Both bathrooms are all new with ceramic Tile walls and tile tub surrounds. We also have installed an automatic whole house water softener. The laundry washer and dryer are located inside the home.

The sliding door accesses the large covered back patio with table/chairs. The large landscaped back yard has a new salt water in-ground swimming pool (professionally maintained). Adjust the water temperature to your preference with the new heat pump. Cool decking on all backyard concrete. The outdoor cooking area has gas BBQ grill with all the utensils. The back yard is completely fenced-in with an 8’ high privacy fence for your family’s privacy and peace of mind.

The double garage can accommodate 2 vehicles with an electric garage door. Additional RV/boat parking is available on the side of the house and is also fenced. Both parking areas are easily accessed from the wide street.

You also have a cordless phone with local phone service and high speed WI-fi and internet cable so you can stay in touch.

Havasu getaway

My wife and I visit Lake Havasu often and we found it very convienent to rent a house instead of renting hotels. The cost are pretty close to the same and you have all the privacy you'll need and a private pool. We've stayed at this house several times this year already and will be coming back soon. LK

Wonderful experience

We had the best time.

Everything was like the webpage showed. The house was immaculate and the pool was sparkling clean and cool. All of the rooms were in order and ready for us to unpack as soon as we got there. The entire experience was great, would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Clean and comfortable! Made the vacation stress free

House was very clean and had everything we needed. Kids loved the pool and we enjoyed being able to relax in comfort after a long day on the water. TVs in each room helped when the kids couldn't decide on a program to watch.

Boat was ready and waiting for us to hitch up and bring to the water. Public launch was only a few minutes away.

Dave was very responsive to questions and was a pleasure to deal with. We'll be back next summer!

Great for a big family
