The famous white sandy beaches of Coronado are easily accessible and only 3 1/2 short blocks away. No worries about finding or paying for beach parking! Restaurants, cafes, parks, attractions and shopping are just as close by and as easy to get to.
The Main living area features an open floor plan, providing a fully appointed large family kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a dining area, and an airy living room space with a gas fireplace and French doors that open up to the outside patio.
The front patio and porch provide a wonderful entertainment and additional area to unwind, complete with a dining set and gas grill...There is also a rooftop deck with an amazing view of the San Diego skyline and nightly fireworks.
Each of the three bedrooms have their own private full bathrooms. The Master suite has French doors leading to an intimate walk out deck where you can enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail and bask in the salty breeze!
The ground floor is a lushly carpeted family room and includes a queen sofa sleeper and provides additional sleeping areas. This is also a great family space for TV, games, etc. It is complete with full bath/shower and separate laundry room which contains a washer + dryer..

Our family have spent the bulk of our lives, living near and loving the beaches of Sydney and Santa Monica, though we currently live in the desert of Arizona. This gorgeous property enables our friends and family to get back to our sand, sun + surf roots as often as physically possible!

Why Owner chose Coronado Village
The Island of Coronado is simply charming and appeals to our family's sense of independence, community and love of the outdoors. The house is located on a quiet street and we absolutely love it's close proximity to all the local village restaurants and shops, but most importantly the beach! It is so nice for all of us (especially the kids..) to be able to walk or ride our bikes everywhere. There are so few reasons to ever have to drive the car!
What makes this House unique
Besides our house being so close to every Coronado Island activity and attraction imaginable, At night it is lovely to sit outside on the private rooftop deck and watch the firework display/s on the San Diego skyline from Sea World, Qualcomm Stadium (Home of the San Diego Chargers) or PetCo Park (Home of the San Diego Padres) A great way to celebrate the end of a delightful day!
