Our home has 6 bedrooms, and 4 bathrooms. There are 2 rolling twin beds in the closet, which can be put in the Playroom as a bedroom. A Office/Relaxation Room Laptop computer with Wi-Fi internet & queen sleeper sofa! Home theatre has leather seating and BOSE surround sound.

This house offers more backyard privacy with no house behind it. You could even see some of the fireworks from the pool ( not the whole view).

This vacation home is family owned, and we use it at least once a year for our own vacation. We live in NJ and we have one daughter who absolutely love vacationing in Florida and visiting the theme parks. We have property managers who will help you in any way they can to ensure that your vacation is worry free!

Great for big family

Really big house and great for big family. We were 8 people and didn't even use all the rooms. Had a few issues but the management company was really responsive and helpful. Could use new or cleaner carpeting but really nice house.

Owner's Response: Hi Suzanne, Thank you for a great review of our villa. The carpets do get a lot of wear, with it been such a big villa and normally there are 12-14 guests staying. We think it may be time at the end of our busy season to have them cleaned, we do like to this at least twice a year, to maintain the high standard of our Villa. This is a great place to stay. Lots to do. The theater and pool table and just the house itself was very enjoyable and entertaining. A couple of items to note though, heating the pool takes longer than 24 hours, and the hot tub never got to the temp listed on the fact sheet. We inquired multiple times with pool man who came multiple times, and he assured us all was working. The pool area had black mold and needed a good cleaning..

The only other down fall, as many others have noted the kitchen is not equipped to handled 14 people in cooking items. There are plenty of eating utensils, but nothing big enough to cook for 14. We had to cook in half for the 12 of us, which was difficult.

I would certainly recommend the house.

Lastly, the cable box in the play room never worked, and we were told it was being replaced and should arrive by Thursday. Thursday came and went without the replacement.

Also Windsor resort and the amenities were outstanding. The owner, Mandi is excellent in responding.

Hopefully, the MINOR issues can be reconciled. If so, YOU could not find a better place. It is so close to EVERYTHING. The PARKS, stores, restaurants, etc.

The pool heat I know was an issue, but the temperatures for the area were very low for the season, reaching as low as 30 degrees in the morning. We did check the pool heater several times as you indicated and it was working, it was just the cold weather, as stated in our information, temperatures below 50 degree the pool heat will not work efficiently. We have supplied more utensils one of our guests did comment about this, and we are pleased you recognised that there were plenty. We will of course look at our pots and pans, as this is the first time this has been mentioned. The cable box in the play room is fully operational now, and although an appt was made with the cable company, they failed to show up. This unfortunately, is out of our control. We hope you will stay with us again, as it was a pleasure talking with you Kind regards Mandi

Good Location

We were a group of three adults and 3 kids ages 1, 4 & 11. The home was as expected based on the pictures and previous reviews. The homeowner was great to work with and was honest. We extend our stay from 10 to 17 days and I mailed a check for the additional cost of the 7 days. I'm was a little leery sending a check to someone I don't know. But everything worked out great!! I also received my deposit back with out having to ask for it. This has not been the case in many of my past rental experience. I normally have to ask and then they will refund. So thank you!

When we arrived the rear patio light was burnt out. We called the property management company the next morning and it was replaced within an hour. The property management company was very friendly and very welcoming. We also really liked the fact that there was 4 umbrella strollers available (we only used 1). We had a large double stroller with us for the parks but it was nice to have a smaller one to use for the 1 year old on none park days. If returning to the area in the future I would stay here again.

The only thing I would say needs improvement is the pool and spa covers, they are falling apart. We put the spa cover on one night and the next day they were plastic pieces from the solar bubbles all over the spa and pool. I never did put the pool cover on as that was falling apart as well and did not want hundreds of pieces of plastic in the pool. The cover would have been nice to keep the pool warmer.

Again over all a nice place to stay close to the parks and a wonderful owner and property management company to deal with. So a 10++++ on wonderful customer service. Thank you

No worries..Awesome property

Lots of room for large or multiple families, with close proximity to all parks! In addition to the house's pool/spa, we also enjoyed Windsors common areas, including the pool, game room and playground. The property is situate in a quiet, safe residential neighborhood and was equipped with sufficient (but not abundant) kitchen utensils. Leave your towels and hairdryers at home- plenty supplied. Pool area could use a good cleaning. One recommendation would be to replace the coffee pot with one having an auto shutoff. You must remember to turn this one off, which could be dangerous. We truly enjoyed the house and had a great stay, thank you!

A great family stay

Our family, a group of 9 aged from 3 to 62, stayed here for two weeks over Halloween. The property was on a well looked after gated community and was a fantastic size with plenty of room for all of us. The three kids loved the play room and pool. They were also keen to use the cinema but we didn’t get round to it unfortunately. We paid for pool heat which was needed on a few of the days and the spa was well needed after a hard day at the parks. New towels and plenty of tea towels and coffee filters. The filtered water in the fridge was great as well as the ice dispenser. We did have to buy some extra wine glasses when there (there was only one) but no problem and it could do with some more plastic glasses for use round the pool. It’s not a modern decorated villa but it more than worked for our needs and we would definitely return if we were to stay at Windsor hills again. The owner was also great to deal with before our stay and was happy to answer all my (many!) questions. Thank you for having us!

Great Family Vacation Home

We had 9 in our party, 5 adults and 4 children and the house fit us perfectly. It was centrally located to theme parks. The kids enjoyed the pool and the community pool (very family friendly). This was a once in a lifetime trip for us and the house lived up to everything advertised. I would definitely rent this home again.
