This 700 Sq. Ft. Recently Renovated Loft, With Buckets Of Charm, Sleeps Up To 4.
Staying here is like staying in a luxury hotel, except you will have more space, more privacy, and more amenities. This place is a gem, located within a quiet, mostly residential condominium building that was built in the 1800s and completely renovated a few years back. Extra high ceilings and exposed brick walls make this place one of the most charming and unique accommodations you'll find anywhere.
Tastefully appointed with furnishings and decor that make it feel like home, but more fun. This condo has a music theme because, after all, you are in Music City. Very comfortable, yet polished, and quite user-friendly. The full kitchen is well-equipped, with everything from cookware, to a blender, to a coffee maker, to a toaster, to storage containers for your leftovers. If you need it for cooking, it's likely in this kitchen. A dishwasher does the clean-up for you, so you can relax during your vacation.
The loft bedroom has half-walls all the way around the king-size, 18-inch, pillow-top bed. You won't believe how comfortable this bed is, and there are four pillows so you can choose your firmness. You can watch the 32-inch TV right from the comfort of your bed, after a long day of exploring all that Nashville has to offer, of course.
In the living room, there is a 50-inch flat-screen plasma TV with basic cable plus HBO, along with a DVD player and a selection of movies for children and adults. There is also a dining table and counter seating, enough seating for four people. If you can pull yourself away from the dozens of attractions that are literally steps away, you can cozy up next to the electric fireplace, and watch a good movie or read a book. There are three tall windows on one wall, with an atrium view, to let in natural light.
Also in the living room is plenty of space to put the top-of-the-line, double-high, memory-foam-topped, queen-size inflatable bed with a built-in pump. Full linens and pillows are available for this extra bed, which is a great place to put the kids, or some friends, during your stay.
In keeping with the upscale theme, the bathroom is newly updated. The shower has tiled walls, glass doors, and three shower heads, one of them being a rain shower, which rains down from above. Plenty of plush towels and rugs to warm the floor offer some of the comforts of home. An elevator makes it easy to load in and out.
We really enjoy this place for so many reasons, and we hope you will, too. If you need more space than this downtown loft can offer, please check out our other property at vrbo 629001.

About Lindsay Vaughn
We are Nashville natives, but we've lived in a few other states and traveled a lot. Nashville is home sweet home, and we wouldn't have it any other way. It is a very fun city with big-city amenities and small-town charm. We've used vrbo for our own travel needs, and we decided to give hosting a try.

Why Lindsay Vaughn chose The District
We love this condo for so many reasons, and we think you will, too. There is no better location in Nashville. Second Avenue and Broadway is the most happening spot in Nashville, and owning a property here is a life-long dream come true. This loft is loaded with charm, and it's more spacious than a hotel room, but still cozy and warm.

The river is right outside your back door, and hundreds of Nashville's best bars and restaurants surround this property. This place is the bomb. Modern, with all the things you need. This was our first visit to Nashville from Cali, and stayed a week. Walking distance to lower Broadway, all the sports venues and downtown activities. Close to Hermitage, airport and plantations. The parking garage is a block away.
This place is in a GREAT location! Walking distance to everything in downtown Nashville. The place was really clean and had everything we could have needed. The property owners were very responsive to any questions we had. Would definitely stay here again.
This place is well maintained, and has all the essentials necessary to enjoy a trip to downtown Nashville. The guides left in the property were very helpful in figuring out where to go and what to eat.
Perfect Downtown Nashville Location!
The location of The Quarters in downtown Nashville was wonderfully convenient, quiet and very clean. The parking pass was perfect and well used by us since we took advantage of driving around to different parts of Nashville and beyond. Lindsay had everything we needed and was very accommodating. The couple things we missed were having an outside view and the bed was soft...but that is due to our preference. I highly recommend staying in this condo.
Would Stay Again
Great unit within walking distance of everything downtown. This was our first experience using HomeAway, we followed all of Lindsay's check-in instructions and everything went smoothly. Lot's of room and a great price compared to hotels downtown. The garage parking pass was a real plus!
We came to Nashville for the NCAA Basketball Tournament and my only minor complaint was the unit only had basic cable (no ESPN). There were plenty of bars right out the front door so this was not a big issue.
Great location for exploring Nashville!
Cute loft! We walked all over Broadway & the surrounding areas to listen to great music, eat great food, and even some shopping! Can’t wait to come back! The loft was clean, had all the amenities of home, and is in a perfect location. We couldn’t have been happier.
