About the property

This 700 Sq. Ft. Recently Renovated Loft, With Buckets Of Charm, Sleeps Up To 4.

Staying here is like staying in a luxury hotel, except you will have more space, more privacy, and more amenities. This place is a gem, located within a quiet, mostly residential condominium building that was built in the 1800s and completely renovated a few years back. Extra high ceilings and exposed brick walls make this place one of the most charming and unique accommodations you'll find anywhere.

Tastefully appointed with furnishings and decor that make it feel like home, but more fun. This condo has a music theme because, after all, you are in Music City. Very comfortable, yet polished, and quite user-friendly. The full kitchen is well-equipped, with everything from cookware, to a blender, to a coffee maker, to a toaster, to storage containers for your leftovers. If you need it for cooking, it's likely in this kitchen. A dishwasher does the clean-up for you, so you can relax during your vacation.

The loft bedroom has half-walls all the way around the king-size, 18-inch, pillow-top bed. You won't believe how comfortable this bed is, and there are four pillows so you can choose your firmness. You can watch the 32-inch TV right from the comfort of your bed, after a long day of exploring all that Nashville has to offer, of course.

In the living room, there is a 50-inch flat-screen plasma TV with basic cable plus HBO, along with a DVD player and a selection of movies for children and adults. There is also a dining table and counter seating, enough seating for four people. If you can pull yourself away from the dozens of attractions that are literally steps away, you can cozy up next to the electric fireplace, and watch a good movie or read a book. There are three tall windows on one wall, with an atrium view, to let in natural light.

Also in the living room is plenty of space to put the top-of-the-line, double-high, memory-foam-topped, queen-size inflatable bed with a built-in pump. Full linens and pillows are available for this extra bed, which is a great place to put the kids, or some friends, during your stay.

In keeping with the upscale theme, the bathroom is newly updated. The shower has tiled walls, glass doors, and three shower heads, one of them being a rain shower, which rains down from above. Plenty of plush towels and rugs to warm the floor offer some of the comforts of home. An elevator makes it easy to load in and out.

We really enjoy this place for so many reasons, and we hope you will, too. If you need more space than this downtown loft can offer, please check out our other property at vrbo 629001.

About Lindsay Vaughn

We are Nashville natives, but we've lived in a few other states and traveled a lot. Nashville is home sweet home, and we wouldn't have it any other way. It is a very fun city with big-city amenities and small-town charm. We've used vrbo for our own travel needs, and we decided to give hosting a try.

Great location, clean apartment

  • 4 of 5

My husband and I stayed here as I had a convention to attend at the Gaylord OpryLand. Even though this is a ways away, I was able to take either an Uber or Lyft. The apartment was very clean and spacious! The apartment was fully equipped with shampoo/conditioner, soap, dish detergent, and even washer detergent! We enjoyed walking around the area, felt very safe.

The only issue we had was the parking pass did not work. I called both the husband and wife to let them know the pass did not work. The husband called within the hour and asked us to look in the closet for the pass, as he thought we may have picked up the wrong pass in the apartment. We never found another pass. He called the next day and assured us the pass we had was correct and told us the parking garage management "reset" the parking pass. On our day of departure, my husband was unable to leave the parking garage as the pass did not work. We had to pay 60.00 to get out of the garage. I spoke to the husband again and he asked us to text the receipt and we would be reimbursed. When I did not see the reimbursement on my card, I texted him asking when I would see the refund and he indicated it would be 10 days. I can totally understand waiting the 10 days for the deposit, but not the parking.

Even though we had to pay for the parking, I would definitely stay here again. The location and apartment were great. I would have given 5 stars, but due to the parking issue, I give the apartment 4 stars.

Long weekend in Nashville

  • 5 of 5

We stayed for four nights over a weekend in Nashville and were so pleased with this unit! It was clean and had everything we needed (plus, the decor was awesome). The best part about this unit/building was its location. We had several other family members book units in the same building and it was nice to be so close to everything in downtown Nashville.

The only issue we had was that the one parking pass that comes with the unit (that should allow you to park in the nearby parking garage) was not working, so I contacted the owner about it. I was pleased at how responsive she was and how easy it was to communicate with her. Highly recommend!

Very nice cozy loft, easy to everything locale.

  • 4 of 5

The place was easy to get to and seemed very secure. We had an issue with our parking pass and the tv's but Lindsay resolved for us the very next day after calling her. The whole town seems to have a panhandling issue which is why I mentioned the security of the place for peace of mind. Regarding distance to fun it doesn't get much better than this.Unfortunately it rained often during our stay, which tends to keep you in. The only upgrade I would suggest would be to upgrade the cable to something more reasonable than the 5 or 6 channels we could find lol. Laundry on premise is nice and don't underestimate that parking pass, garage was secure as well.
